A few days ago, California Republican Senate Candidate Carly Fiorina was caught on an open mic calling fellow GOP gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitmans decision to go on Hannity the day after her primary victory bizarre and calling Sean Hannity a tough interview. Last night, Fiorina went on the program herself to face the tough interviewer and say shes sorry. Its good to have you, I think? Hannity opened the interview, and gave her time to explain what she was talking about. She was gracious and explained that, while her tone might have hinted otherwise, she was actually complimenting him:
Youre a tough interview, Sean, thats your job, and I was feeling protective of my friend Meg by the way, she doesnt need my protection, she perfectly able to take care of herself but you can be a tough interview
thats why I called on Wednesday to say I was sorry, because, and Ill say that to your audience: this was not an insult to you at all. In fact, it was a compliment.

political double speak
The statement was sarcasm toward goofball hannity.
carly looked goofy,
and she’s known to stick her foot in her mouth-
remember when she was mccain’s head in california
during the election.
Watched her getting made up while apparently waiting to be interviewed on CNN. She didn’t come off very well and should have had enough sense to know they would be tracking her every word. All of this is totally independent of her Boxass hairdo business. Kinda came off as a lightweight.
I thought her appearance and “fuzzy” explanation were totally unacceptable. I’m sure she came on the show cuz she felt she had to. The most telling part of the mic expose was when she said, “Sean Hannity? Oh you know how HE is”. It was not a compliment. And yes, why was she weighing in on her “friend” Meg’s decision to go on his show? Hannity is in a position to give her alot of positive coverage in the coming months..or not...
Ms Carly better watch herself from now on and take a message from the Biden playbook(and wise Freeper). “A closed mouth gathers no feet”.
Hannity suffers from ADD. I would imagine being interviewed by him could be tough—given the fact that right in the middle of a question he’ll often just trail off into some story about his own life that somehow was suggested by the question he was trying to ask...whatever it was.
There was no “gaffe”, it was conversations.
But Jesse Shakedown Artist Jackson, saying he would cut Hussein’s NUTS off, that was a gaffe.
I’m glad it happened now rather than at the end of the campaign.
Hannity is a “hard interview” only because he constantly interrupts his guests. They can rarely finish a thought without being interrupted. His radio program is the same way.
He’s frustrating to listen to.
OK! But you are gonna vote, pally. I know you will!
BTW ken21, y'know, 'progressive' sucks everywhere it turns-up, including those damned commercials!
I hope that girl makes a lotta money, but I hope the company(Soros) fails. Maybe it's just me ................. FRegards
Hannity repeats the same phrases over and over. His show is constantly promoting what's coming up next.
