Imagine your telephone ringing in the middle of the night. The caller informs you that he is a police officer. He wants to "get you the help and appropriate resources you need." But wait, you have not asked for any help, don't need any help, and certainly don't want this "help" in the middle of the night.
But this offer of "help" and "appropriate resources" is an offer you can't refuse. You see, your home is surrounded by SWAT teams from multiple jurisdictions. There are men in helmets with machine guns everywhere. Snipers are aiming at your home. You are told to come outside. You are promised you won't be arrested, handcuffed or removed from your property. You are told your possessions will not be confiscated. The friendly paramilitary troops outside your house just want to chat with you.
Any rational person would recognize the danger in refusing the orders of dozens of heavily armed cops.
You leave your home and immediately you are handcuffed at gunpoint and taken to a mental hospital for a "psychological evaluation." The police enter your home without a warrant, without permission, without probable cause and confiscate your firearms.
You have NOT been "arrested" so you have no right to an attorney. You have no right to remain silent. You are subjected to a "hold." You can be held for up to 180 days. You can be medicated against your will. Your crime? The lawful and state-approved purchase of firearms.

I think that if that happened to me I would call Maricopa County Sheriff’s office. They are the only law enforcement group in the area I would tend to trust.
How is this not libel?
We cannot say how his life will be affected by this incident, especially now that, thanks to the NRA and the Brady Campaign joining forces, "mental health" records are being sent by the states to the Obama administration.
Is this true? I'd like to see the NRA defenders explain this one.

What on earth are "mental health records"?
Oh, I don’t know...I guess an employer posting a notice to its employees telling them to run away from a person (who has done nothing wrong) in fear for their lives is just peachy. No damage to they guy’s reputation at all.
And this guy doesn’t have lawyers banging on his door to represent him?
Obama said he met with executives so he knew whose ass to kick. He has violent tendencies, and he needs mental health counseling. And the report needs to be forwarded to his administration.
And there is why I want no part of a C&C permit nor will I own any guns, its also why I don't buy ammo over the Internet.
Oh yeah nor do I ever buy ammo anywhere else.

Without doubt the most significant aspect to that pertainent to non-liberals will be their ‘internet’ posting history.
For example: imagine what they’ll glean from my posting history.
You’d better watch your P’s & Q’s. You think being labled ‘racist’ due to your perception that Obama’s policies are bad...
Lesson for all in Oregon to take from this:
Never buy a firearm through a dealer in Oregon. Cross the state line to purchase or purchase used firearms from a private owner.
Also get involved in state politics and combat all politicians that are anti-gun. Get out and support pro-gun politicians. This means financially, with your feet and with your pen.
We no longer have the luxury of sitting on the sidelines we need to get down and dirty with the people that want to take away our rights.

You CAN'T buy a firearm from an FFL not in your home state (or, you can but they have to ship to an FFL in your state for a 4473 transfer), nor are you supposed to buy from private parties interstate. The other part of your advice is good, buy from individuals in Oregon.
