PHOENIX – A judge has blocked the most controversial sections of Arizona's new immigration law from taking effect Thursday, handing a major legal victory to opponents of the crackdown.
The law will still take effect Thursday, but without many of the provisions that angered opponents — including sections that required officers to check a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws.

Yep. Our country lost, Arizona lost, the America people who believe in the Rule of Law lost. And we were defeated by our own court system.

And you believe this? This is not a judge. Any judge that respects the law and can read with at least a 3 grade education could see the law is legal since it obeys Federal law.
Arizona law enforcement should stop enforcing all Federal laws. As you stated above, local police generally arrest bank robbers. Arizona should stop doing it and tell the FBI to pound the pavement looking for the bad guys.

I doubt the Judge was actually bribed but I have no doubt that the CHICAGO THUGS, Holder, Obama and their operatives made more than a few private calls to the Judge or somehow got the message to her that it would be in her best interest to kill the LAW.
Now, we see what Brewer is made of.
The time has come. This is the critical moment. Working “within” the system has been proven futile. This is “first shot” moment.
Ignore the ruling. Enforce the call. Dare Obama to stop you.
The news just keeps getting better everyday for these tools.
Can it get there by end of the year? When are they back in session?

All the nonsense coming out of the courtroom about how she questioned this and that was a smokescreen as I thought.
She's another Leftist cut from the same cloth as Janet Napolitano, who's probably her bestest buddy...both appointed by Clinton in the same time frame.

Lots of State Wildlife Officers are also Federal Marshalls. Wonder if they could be used to catch the illegals.
Not just taxes. Any federal law apparently. Bank robbery, kidnapping, money laundering, anything the federal government has a law against, the states now have no right to use their law enforcement powers to deter. This should be interesting.
IOW, The judge blocked FEDERAL law. Because federal law requires that they carry their papers, has for a long time.
So now we have judges blocking states from enforcing federal law. Apparently our trip through the looking glass is now complete.
I’m wondering the same thing. WTH is it going to take to get us all out in the streets?
