Like hundreds of thousands of others, I attended the Glenn Beck “Restoring Honor” rally on the Mall in Washington, D.C. last Saturday. The crowds were massive. I figured the best way to document the size and scope of the crowd was in one continuous video shot, no cuts, no edits, walking from the back to the front.
The walk took over 43 minutes.
Starting at the Washington Monument as people continued to pour in at 10:00 am, walking through the crowds using the hill at the monument as amphitheater seating, I made my way through the crowd and to the World War II Memorial, which was jam packed with photographers atop every place they could crawl to get a better angle on the Mall shot.
The video next takes us through the WWII Memorial and around the side of the Reflecting Pool crowd to the overflow field where there were two Jumbotron screens set up with an emergency fire break sectioned off in the middle of the field. Equipment trucks were set up and emergency vehicles which could pass through should the need arise.
As I made my way down the sidewalk under the trees with the overflow field to my left and the Reflecting Pool to my right, I realized that I was only halfway down the length of the Reflecting Pool when the crowds got so dense I could go no further.
And the steps at the Lincoln Memorial -- the site of the event -- were still nowhere in sight.
There were massive crowds under those trees that you can’t see in the aerial shots, but you can see them in this video!
I next walked through the fire break in the overflow field (it was the only route to the Lincoln Memorial through the crowd) over and across to the Korean War Memorial and back around to the Lincoln Memorial. The road between the event and the actual Lincoln Memorial was open to pedistrians walking through. On the left side of the shot is the big marble building (where the Big Guy sits) and to the right looking down the Mall and the Reflecting Pool is the Beck.
It was an awesome sight.
I then crossed around to the other side of the Reflecting Pool and walked down the sidewalk at Constitution Avenue where my camera ran out of disk space.
Since the walk took over 43 minutes, we've speeded it up to around six times the speed it was filmed to get the whole thing to fit onto YouTube!
It was no small task! Thanks to Patrick Frank in the Human Events video studio for his persistence in getting this to a size and speed that would upload!
There is absolutely no doubt there were hundreds of thousands of people in attendance at the rally. A breathtaking sight and a glorious day for patriots in the nation’s capital.
Due to the speed of the video, the shots are a bit jerky. But the video is shot in HD so when playing the video you can hit the PAUSE button at any point to get a quality still shot of the massive size of the crowd in any of the areas I walked through! Enjoy!

It hurts my eyes but I get the point. I was there and took pictures in sections to place together.
I’ll save it for viewing at home.
I was listening to one guy on the radio who had a great spot near the front. He made the mistake of doing the same thing. Told his palls he was going to walk around filming and taking pictures, and would be back The crowd while he was doing this grew and grew and he never could make his way back to his great spot.
The flyover of Geese must have been awesome. An omen.

They are actually their own worst enemy when you think about it.
The MSM peddles its own reality, which it will tell you is fact, even though your own knowledge tells you that it is not true. This is, in effect, propaganda driven by the political agendas of the people in the news media. So it deserves no credence or attention by people seeking the truth. The MSM has used up its quotient of the benefit of the doubt.
I counted 527,263 people, 427 police officers, 364 security personnel, 127 vendors, and 4 people looking for the Sharpton rally.

The helicopter flying over was probably nobama confirming their worst fears that the jig is up.
At the same time she is talking during the documentary, old black & white video shows a single white dove landing on Castro's shoulder. If I remember correctly, the people thought it was a good omen, but some of the people close enough to see, including this woman's mother or grandmother, saw that the dove sh*t on Castro's back. THIS, was considered a BAD omen, and of course, history tells us the ugly truth of the vicious Communist regime.
If a person was to believe in such omens, wonder if the fly landing on Hussein's lip, and the vole or rat running across in front of the Liar-In-Chief, are signs of still worse to come?
Not possible. There was only 300 people there. And 267 of them were on the steps with Beck. ;^)
