Take a gander at the provocative "tribute" to Veterans day on Google. Then never go there again.

Understanding Googles leftward slant, and how many years they have simply ignored Veterans Day altogether, theres a place where they can stick their logo, but I wont mention that here. I, too, have been appalled at Google's generally poor record of tributes for American patriotic, military, and especially veterans holidays of remembrance and gratitude.
Nevertheless, when I first saw their doodle today, my first thought was, "Well it's about d@mn time! Good on them, at last."
Maybe I'm insufficiently grumpy today (the sun is shining and the temperature rose into the upper 50's!), but I was simply happy to see them acknowledge Veterans Day.

Thats not the sun. Its an explosion combined with the crescent of Islam. The flag is taking the place of the "L" and the "crescent" is the lower part of the "E" in "Google".

While I have various reasons for not liking Google, I think this is a matter of working overtime to be offended.I agree with your statement as well. We are searching too hard here to be offended - that's what liberals do. Let's not be like liberals and appreciate the gesture on Google's part to recognize Veteran's Day.

Notice how the helmet is carefully arranged so as to exactly cover up the part of character that makes it an E.

And did anyone in, say, the Jewish Defense League, threaten to boycott Google over that one? The Israeli government?

This tribute is more suitable.
Open it, allow it, and if you are a Veteran please pick a quite time to listen.
A Tribute to our Veterans
