I would like to state my case that we should pay more attention to Jon Stewart.
Stewart is a tool.. NOT using him is the thing to do..
That little video they did on the McDonalds toy ban in San Fran was really funny.
But....I keep in mind where his allegiance lies.
I saw it. I kept wondering when Michelle Obama’s name would be mentioned. Isn’t childhood obesity her issue?
It's JR’s site, but I wouldn't have a thread going about observing a bad comedian about what messages from Soros he is going to pass to skulls full of mush.
The only difference is that one has higher approval ratings. That's Jon Stewart.
It appears to be a personal issue for Michelle, if you get a load of the size of her derrière, and an issue that she has forced upon all of the sheeple. Its a twofer.
Sorry I thought you meant keeping an eye like Media Matters keeps an eye on conservative shows, which leads to complaints, law suits, and boycotts. Other than a plan of action, what a waste of my valuable time.
I understand his particular brand of “humor” - I just don’t find him funny.
I’ve seen some FReepers castigated for even mentioning JS but personally I agree with you. It’s always good to watch your enemies actions. And that is the problem with JS - he has so clearly declared himself to be our enemy. Sure every once in a blue moon he will actually deign to criticize a lefty, but the vast majority of his time is spent making mountains out of molehills.
Well, the feedback I’m getting tells me that no one is worried about the hold this guy has over some feeble-minded voters, or how he has driven some very bad legislation lately. When the WH asks a comedian for help, and the president submits to being called “dude” by this snide little dickwad....nah....he’s not important enough to follow.
Your right. There have been many studies that can be found through organizations that watch such things and believe that Jon Stewart is the most trusted broadcaster out there.
people believe this comedian is bringing them real news - he does it in a way with comedy that gets him ratings.
