Mike Evans - ...Neil promised me when he became governor he would cut through all the red tape...end this stupid controversy... He searched everywhere using his powers as governor at the Kapiolani Woman's and Children's hospital and Queens hospital. There is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii, absolutely no proof at all that he was born in Hawaii....
In the original story where Abercrombie came out swinging his fists at these crazy “birthers” who were dishonoring the memory of his great friend BHO Sr, Abercrombie himself claimed that he saw BHO and Ann with the baby in social settings.
Either he lied then or he’s lying about being a true believer. The stories don’t match. Just like his “reading” on tape of Obama’s letter to Kapiolani Hospital didn’t match the letter that actually showed up. And just like his statement to the newspaper saying there’s something written in the archives doesn’t match this new thing he told his friend OR what Fukino claimed.
Nothing matches. If this was an NCIS episode it would already have been solved; in real life we can’t even get a nibble by the media, much less a legal investigation by somebody with authority to get to the bottom of it.
I can’t help but wonder if Abercrombie is trying to cover his own behind about what he knew all along, realizing that if Obama is required to submit his BC and a forgery won’t work, the story will all come unspun and he will be smack-dab in the middle of a criminal investigation right before being smack-dab in the middle of a jail cell.
There’s a good possibility they already have. A girl born on Aug 4, 1961 and died on Aug 5, 1961 - who is in the birth and death index for 1960-64 - doesn’t have a birth record when they query her name now, according to the HDOH in a response to my request.
What will keep Obama’s handlers from being able to get away with that scenario is if at least one state passes a bill requiring not only the birth certificate but also the TRANSACTION LOG for the birth certificate - which would show when the record originated and when changes were made to it. That would give the story of what really happened with Obama’s records in Hawaii, if any exist at all.
Please, please, please - anybody reading this, please contact your state legislators and ask them to pass a bill like the one at http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/final-short-form-eligibility-bill1.pdf We are running out of time for bills to be introduced in state legislatures.
They would still be guilty of violating the Federal General False Statement Act, because they knew people were calling it genuine and they failed to tell the world that it was a fake. In matters of federal jurisdiction that deception is a crime.
Biden’s bigger problem may be the reason that he was chosen as Obama’s VP: as chair of the Foreign Relations Committee he oversaw the State Department and knew exactly what happened to Obama’s passport file early in 2008 as discovered by an investigation.
See, all these people who knew what was going on are afraid of this, because they are all complicit.
If they were NOT threatened by Soros they may end up wishing they had been.
No, they say they have seen his records, and that the legitimately exist. That is a FAR cry from saying they saw a long form. They have not. At best they have seen a Late Registration of a “home” birth. That would generate a COLB. OR it could be a registration of Foreign Birth, that wouls ALSO generate a COLB.
There IS no long form, thats why Barry can’t release it.

There is a fascinating undercurrent at SCOTUS right now.
About a decade ago they freely discussed Natural Born citizenship and the right to run for President in oral arguments in the Nguyen case.
Fast forward to today. The Flores-Villar case is causing the Nguyen case to be reviewed.
I don’t think it was mentioned at all. I havent read the whole transcript but I did a word search. It didn’t come up but then my browser is acting funny on searches...so I can’t be 100% positive yet.
Granted, the current case is about equal protection but still....
I think he’s 3 and 4.
0h0m0 doesn’t even deserve to be in Leavenworth. How about a gazillion dollar fine - pay back all monies from being Pres, all monies spent on his upkeep and vacations and entertainment, and all campaign monies? And then about 20 years, and then deportation to his home country, whichever it is.
And Obama probably thinks the light at the end of the tunnel is a giant disco ball, at a party being thrown in his honor.
Was the radio show a court of law? And hearsay evidence sometimes is taken into consideration in court cases. And anyway he heard it directly from Abercommie! Not third party.
And the nails are coming out of the boards, the boards are falling apart due to being eaten by termites, the axle is breaking, and the handle is disintegrating.
You know, that excuse is getting so tired and old that it’s obviously untrue. No one spends at least 2 million bucks on lawyers for a joke on people. He’s obviously concerned that his nationality/birth status as well as all his records remain unseen.
He’s unraveling faster than a cat playing with Grandma’s knitting bag.
I still think Obama is going to get Air Force One warmed up and make a run for it....We need an arrest warrant now...then again he won’t have SS protection if he does run..boy oh boy Obie has to make a real decision.
