I agree. It should be acts and acts alone that are punishable by law - not the thoughts that went into the acts. Intent is one thing, and I think it a good thing to establish intent - but punishing someone more because of their thinking is tantamount to a “thought-crime”.

Be careful, the homo may like the beatdown and come back for more. Then after a few rounds of this, he may finally take umbrage and you’ll end up in court.

Exactly.
During Basic, the guy we called ‘bannanasack’ could not take ‘no’ for an answer, ever.
He’d jump into the shower with you.
He got his butt stomped so many times it wasn’t funny.
No, he never got cashiered.
We never knew or understood why not, but we had guesses.

I did clearly and concisely tell the kid that I was not interested.
Did not matter one bit.

In the instance of this kid, it could one hundred percent have been avoided!
Heck, once upon a time schools had dress codes.
They also had conduct codes as well.

In better days, we would not even be discussing this, much less worrying about it.

:(

May God forgive us all.

All crime to some extent is based on hate or some other sick emotion. Yet, even in cases in which a person hated another person to the point of murdering them, they aren’t tried in such a manner. This is why hate crimes are bullshit.

I’ve always thought that deep down, homosexuals know that their sexual behavior and desires are perverse, unnatural and sick. But they don’t want to acknowledge that, repress it instead. Hence, their desire to force everyone to go along with it and stifle dissent, esp. religious dissent.

That would be correct.
But the APA worked real hard to normalize it back in the 70’s, as they are now doing with pedophilia.
The 1970’s APA and the current APA had a vested interest in there.

“If she were just teased - do you think she would have been justified in shooting from behind in the head those who teased her - possibly in a sexual manner or upon a sexual subject?”

Apples and oranges. She was being heterosexually harrassed, so the element of homosexuality wasn’t present. In this 14 year old boy’s case, his very masculinity was being attacked while he was just experiencing puberty big time, a traumatic event for most young kids going into their teens. I maintain most men have an innate and deep aversion to homosexuality, a revulsion for it. And today’s PC society is trying to shove it down men’s throat that they must tolerate and accept that which they basically loathe.

I believe it is a natural reaction to want to repulse such gay advances, and depending on the boy/man, that repulsion can vary in degrees. I wouldn’t tempt a very manly man or a very disturbed, confused teen with advanced homosexual flirting. It’s playing with fire, as this transexual male found out. That fire killed him. Human instincts are what they are, and red blooded males don’t like and don’t want to tolerate overt homosexuality.

Schools should not allow such overt homo displays; those that do it should be kicked out of the schools. The aberration is not with the heterosexual males, it is with the homosexual ones who make up less than 1@ of the U.S. population (although homo’s would have you believe the percentages are higher; they lie. This is what I think, and I’m sticking to it. Anyone who is honest will agree with what I have said here. Sorry, not giving into your PC baloney.

And I guess we can now expect this harassment and taunting from the pervs in our armed forces, since the undoing of DADT,or outright ban of queers in the service altogether. :(

The APA is yet another power hungry, agenda-driven Marxist special interest that needs to be neutered.

Did the boy go free? Did the other boy die? Were any ADULTS charged?

In Justice, how many SIDES are there?

Creates many more victims for them to ‘treat’ [brainwash] into making them feel good about being victims.
That’s pretty much all the APA does these days anyway.

The military brass is gonna LOVE the first round of homosexuals getting brought up on sexual harassment charges.
Especially if the homosexuals follow the standard pattern they do when someone tells them ‘no’.

From what I read, one boy died. The other is being held. His DEFENSE argued for a minimum sentence of 14 years, so NO ONE is suggesting he goes free.

As for the adults - I’d support taking all the parents, and the principal, on a helicopter ride out over the ocean, and shove them out the door about 30 miles feet wet. Maybe with a bucket of blood, in hopes there are sharks nearby.

But no way, no how, should society condone it parading around in public.

With special rights to sexually dominate everybody and the right to redesign society to their liking. But you know the feminazis were dominated by lesbians and this is why it was so destructive and hateful of heterosexual love, marriage and family. It did not stop until it had subjugated men and boys and wrecked their dignity, loyalty and honor.

Great post. Thanks.

The best thing is for that boy to walk free, because as that post shows California is now so immoral not one court can — by Justice — convict of anything. Judges must be moral. The LAW must be moral.

The kid was a despicable coward who wanted a group of kids to do what he was not ‘red blooded male’ enough to do himself - administer a beat down to settle a juvenile score.

He apparently teased the homo about his sexuality - homo responded by calling him “baby”.

The poor baby! Oh yeah - execution style murder perfectly justified and understandable.

It seems you want to make this guy a hero.

You sound like the “community” where one young man has been murdered and they bemoan that they have now “lost” the other one to the prison system. Murder AND a suicide! Oh but if we look at the root causes.......... he was abused!

There are 116 posts. I haven't read them yet. I am willing to bet, though, that not even ONE will address the following:

Both boys were under government **compulsion** to be in each other’s company in the COMPULSORY government school! Government compulsion is backed by armed police threat, folks!

If children are treated like state prisoners why are we surprised that they behave like state prisoners????

And...Our Founding Father put FREEDOM OF ASSEMBLY in our First Amendment and likely every state constitution reaffirms this basic human right. Yet....**ALL** government schools every single day TRASH this First Amendment human right to FREELY ASSEMBLE of the students and indirectly that of the parents.

ALL ( Yes, **every**) government schools in this nation are a First Amendment and freedom of conscience abomination!!!! They should be completely abolished. The sooner the better!

I hold every government teacher in contempt. There are NO good government teachers. If teachers didn't establish, uphold, and cooperate with this human rights abomination, they couldn't exist. ( Yeah! I do mean **all** government teachers. None are “good”. They are either stupid, evil or both.)

I never brought up the issue of the kid having been abused. That is not what I am saying. I am saying that red blooded males, most of them, I suspect, have a natural aversion and loathing to homosexuality and homosexual advances. The normal instinct it to lash out against any such advances, as seen in this case. You want to avert your eyes from reality. Go ahead, but you are fighting natural instincts here. Over homosexuality should not be allowed in schools. Period.
