Not legal, IIRC. I believe a retired military officer needs to wait ten years before he’s eligible for SecDef.

You aren’t taking the quote in context. Not your fault the media twisted it again. The context was how the media treats newcomers in the race, they treat them like flavor of the week. They did it to the Perry, and now they are doing it to Herman Cain. That is what she was talking about. It was a commentary on the press, not Herman.

Guess we’ll have to disagree. I’ve seen the clip of Palin with Greta where she made the “flavor of the week” comment. Greta asked Palin a question about how politicians can connect with the American people so the politician doesn’t just sound like “blah blah blah”. The question had nothing to do with the media.

The MSM will become impotent.

They won't be able to say conservatives are racists because they won't vote for a black candidate.

It's gonna be hell for them!

Zogby has no credibility whatsoever.

Except:

When he produces results we like. Then he's the most credible guy on the planet!

(Remember Rush's "love affair" with Zogby back in 2000? That's when Zogby really became a nationally known figure.)

Sarah answered the question in a way to point to the media as culprit. That you are working so hard to mischaracterize and deceit readers at FR says a lot about you, n00b. I suspect the number of offensive agitprops like you will increase as the political season wears on. But be advised, n00b, Freepers are not ‘worn down’ by the lies and deceptions your ilk toss daily.

I disagree. They will just say that voting for Cain proves the GOP is full of racists, because Cain is obviously an Uncle Tom, etc. etc.

It's totally illogical, of course, but since when is the left famous for using of logic?

There is no “later” for Cain. He will be 66 in December.

Now is his time, and he is ready for it.

Yawn. More “you’re a noob” rebuttals. Excellent, it means you can’t respond to my argument. Now how about you tell me how I mischaracterized what Palin actually said. Palin’s answer to Greta had nothing to do with the media. It was all about how politicians can connect to the American people.

I addressed the issue in telling you that Sarah posed her answer in such a way as to point to the media making Herman Cain their flavor of the week. That you continue to purposely mischaracterize, pretending I did not state that in my initial response to your deceits, is even more evidence that you’re nothing but an festering agitprop pimple in need of popping.

I've seen the video, and Palin said absolutely nothing about the media in her response to Greta's question. Greta's question wasn't even about the media. You can make up whatever excuse you like, but the video speaks for itself.

And your continued over-the-top personal attacks speak more about your character than anything I've said here shows about mine.

Being that Cain is 66, probably not the best idea for him to be running mate for Palin (if she did run) as he'd be 74 after her eight years. Now this is starting to make a little sense.

Just got done reviewing Cain's biographical information. It's darn impressive. This man is a high-achiever in several different fields - business, finance, engineering, and media. I think we have us a winner here.

If you watch the videa Sarah herself states that she was talking about the MEDIA!

Stop twisting her words and tell the whole story.

If you want to root for Cain great, but don’t try and lump Perry and Romney together by calling them both liberals. perry is far far more conservative than Romney, and you help Romney by suggesting they are the same.

If you want to root for Perry that’s great, but don’t pretend he is more conservative than Herman Cain. Perry may be closer to Cain than he is to Mitt, but they are still a good ways apart.
