Donna Donella, one of the five women caught up in the charges of sexual harassment being leveled against Herman Cain, said Wednesday she is not an “accuser.”
“I take issue with being labeled in the media as 'Accuser No. 5,' ” she said in an interview with The Washington Times-affiliated “America's Morning News” radio program. “I want to make it very clear that Herman Cain never sexually harassed me, I’ve never accused Herman Cain of sexually harassing me. The only reason that I came forward is because I saw behavior, the one day that I met him … that was consistent with the pattern of his behavior described by his four actual accusers.”
“I can’t put a finger on it, but as most women will tell you, you kind of have a sense when men are on the up and up and when there are men who may not be. I had that feeling and so did my colleague, and that’s why she jumped in and said, ‘Oh, let’s all go to dinner.’ “

So she’s taking heat and now wants to get out of the kitchen. Well too bad. I say if lawsuits are on the horizon it will do this woman good to sweat a little..next time maybe it won’t be so much fun to pile on to a guy that’s be unfairly treated.

Oh really? You BOTH had “that feeling” that he was out to get a woman but went to dinner with him anyway. That is odd of you!
- Also, I just did a quick Google search on this woman’s name, and just about every story on the first page (didn’t go past the first page) is shouting out headlines like: “Cain’s 5 Accuser Speaks Out” — WHAT BUNK!!
Well, they’re walking back the rent-a-mob accusers. Now can they expose the smear campaign so that everyone in America sees it for what it is. Can they restore his reputation to match his integrity?

We have a story about $400 bottles of wine and Cain leaving before the bill was paid. Do we have proof that this occurred, or is this another bit of here-say?
In other words, why are we believing the $400/bottle wine story, and the story of him not paying the bill, but we don't believe the harassment allegations?
Maybe none of it is true. Maybe all of it is true. So far, isn't every bit of it here-say?
My sister met - in person - Bill Clinton and Al Gore and they were both leering at her and she has a photo to prove it. Too bad she wasn’t a money grubbing fame whore - she could have claimed being “uncomfortable” and at least bought a new car with the “go away” money.

I have no idea if Cain is guilty of any of these accusations. I sincerely hope he isn't because I like a lot of what he stands for. But I find this "Cain can do no wrong because he's conservative" attitude to be a betrayal of our fundamental values.
We were outraged when Clinton was accused of sexual indiscretions, and rightly complained when the media turned a blind eye. And now some of us are content to "turn a blind eye" to potential sexual indiscretions - after all, this time it's "our guy."
Like I said, I sincerely hope all of these allegations are proven false. But if any of them do turn out to be substantiated, we need to be willing to face up to it. That doesn't mean I wouldn't vote for the man over Obama, but I have to say it would likely mean that I would choose to support a conservative who lived his or her values in the GOP primaries.

So, this wino lunch lady has read or heard actual details described by four actual accusers? That's funny...only Buyalick has described any details. Kraushaar has given no details. And, it appears that no one else has any idea if any other complainers even exist.
Methinks wino lunch lady is askerred of Lin Wood. Actually, Wood could probably send her a formal warning now, based just on this comment. If she's going to publicly claim she knows of behaviors described by four accusers, she damn well better be able to produce names of four accusers, and details of behaviors documented by each of the four.

Stupid woman. If I went to the press every time I had “a feeling,” about something or someone, I’d be in front of the cameras every day. You either have a real story to report or you keep your intuitions to yourself. Now she’s stuck with the fame she’s got.
What she is doing is distancing herself to avoid the Herminator’s new Legal Counsel, who is know for getting slap happy with lawsuits against bogus accusers.
Even if Herman lost a suit, she would still be out tens of thousands fo dollars in lawyer fees.
It should begin to cut down on these false accusers, and does make Herman look sharp as a tack in his dealing with this.

I built my career in a man’s world and let me tell you as a young natural blond with “assets” there were many times we’d have meetings and afterwards have cocktails. I can’t tell you the percentage of married men who have a drink or two and decide they are G-d’s newest gift to young women. You learn to deal with it and the next day tell them what a schmuck they were and no, you wouldn’t tell their wives. I was promoted amongst my male “co-workers” because they knew finally they could trust a female. They were still schmucks but I digress.
These “accusers” are the reason why so many qualified women don’t make it!
