The whole place of birth question and the questions around the document supplied by the WH are just red herrings used to confuse ignorant people and ridicule opponents. The only question that matters is whether or not zero is NBC and based on his own version of the (phony) BC, he is not because his father was not a citizen.

Because no one is able to produce his actual birth certificate, nor any passport applications for this clown, shouldn’t the issue be that his father is a confirmed foreigner and therefore, that means he’s not a natural born citizen? I think the birth place is an unprovable distraction and we should nail him on the obvious unconstitutionality of his heritage.

"Minor v. Happersett is LAW. It has never been overturned - the case was decided unanimously. This law states simply that a Natural Born Citizen is one born in the country with two parents who are it's citizens. This LAW means that Obama is a criminal usurper.
He should be dealt with as such, along with his SCOTUS appointees (who are DESPERATE I am sure to bury this and keep their lifetime seats on the court - yes, they should be tossed out as well), his treaties, and his abomination of laws passed along with all the department heads he appointed.

I think it's fair to say that he cares about the eligibility issue, just not on the basis of the BC. The real issue, and it's not contested, is that BO's father was African. That means, that under certain interpretations of the law, that BO is not an NBC.
This also opens up the whole issue of some surgical editing that took place at justia.com of a certain case (Minor v. Happersett) that deals specifically with the NBC definition.

Good effort, but Obama is not going anywhere. Either we defeat him this year in a fair election, or we suffer another four years of this crap followed by President Michelle or something.

Even the Russians took to the streets when the election was stolen, scaring the crap out of their KGB establishment, and Obama is no Putin that’s for sure. He wouldn’t dare, and if he did it would end badly for him.
Last I checked Putin hasn’t gone anywhere. And Obama was just given the legal right by Congress to detain any American citizen indefinetly that he deems a threat.
Natural-born citizen is not a type of citizenship. It is only an eligibility requirement for the U.S. Presidency.
If you are adopted by U.S. citizens, and your BC says you were born in the U.S., I suspect there would be no problem with your becoming President.
However, if you were born in China and adopted by U.S. citizens, there might arise the situation where you could be blackmailed by the Chinese government, who could claim they would kill your biological relatives if you didn't comply with their demands.
I saw colleagues in the Navy denied security clearances because they had relatives in nations that practiced such things.
