Aliens are backing Santorum, so Romney reached out and won the support of American Zombies!

I call B.S., even Zombies aren’t that dumb.
Stay on point. We need to stop bashing our prospective candidates and focus on 0bama. Gingrich, Romney or Santorum suits me just fine over 0bama. I prefer Newt but will stand behind the final nominee 110%.
Living Dead Dunking next?
The article is funny though.
“Luckily, Romney found sympathetic ears at a gathering of Zombies in Michigan. Mitt seems like hes one of us already, said Zombie spokesmen, Len Blathman (dead 100 years). Mitt feels like a Zombie, talks like a Zombie and he often walks like a Zombie, so we are throwing our support behind him.
In response, a Romney representative asserted that Mitt was not just a Zombie but was severely Zombie.
Romney consulted with radical John Holdren on a cap and trade program for MA.
:....In the development of greenhouse gas policy, Romney Administration officials have elicited input from environmental and economic policy experts. These include John Holden [sic], professor of environmental policy at Harvard University and chair of the National Commission on Energy Policy...
Holdren has written about eugenics and advocates for a A "Planetary Regime" to control the global economy and dictate by force the number of children allowed to be born
Romney is a liberal and a loathsome individual, and I will never back him. That’s the point I’ll stay on.
I’m confused by this.
I thought Romney would get the alien support since they are largely deceased Mormons.
Also, the zombies I have known have been largely Paul supporters.

Romney is definitely not a conservative’s choice but at the end of the day I do think he’ll get America’s private sector engine started, although it’s been intentionally disabled for the past 3 years.
Why do you think that? FR has plenty of information about the harm Romney did to the Massachusetts economy. When he left office, it was 47 out of 50 in job creation, and we all know the effect Romneycare had.
Newt will do a much better job.
Zombies -- who we really should refer to as Walking-Undead-Americans if we wish not to sound like Neanderthals -- are very popular now. If Mitt has the zombie vote, Obama is toast as they were by far his largest constituency.
Newt is my first choice and always has been. I’m just saying that FReepers who say “I’ll never vote for” certain Republican nominees might as well register as Democrats and work for “Team Obama”.
This thread is tongue in cheek. :)
I don’t see much difference between the two. It’s like this: I’ve swallowed hard and voted for some pretty lousy Republican candidates in the past. Now they’re trying to shove a liberal-—not moderate, LIBERAL-—abortion lover, cult member, and sodomite panderer down my throat. Not to mention he’s a loathsome, vicious, underhanded, puffed-up phony. I’m done. As a Christian, I simply cannot, and will not support THAT. My principles will only stretch so far.
If I cast a vote for Romney, I might as well give up and start voting for leftwing Democrats-—it’s the same thing. I’m doing my part to try and keep him away from the nomination, but if it happens, I will not accept blame for refusing to participate in the shame.
Okay, but Paul is weird even for a zombie.
I agree about Newt. I’m with you on that one. At the end of the day it’s about the lesser of two evils, I’m afraid. I think some FReepers go a bit too far in equating Romney with 0bama. At least Romney UNDERSTANDS the business model and would REALLY repair some of 0bama’s damage to the private sector.
