I’m a southerner. None of the questions were really valid test. It was apparently written for Yankees , like those in Wisconsin and Minnesota and such, that spend lots of times in saloons and beer joints.

I had my niece visiting for two weeks..Then the winds kicked off allergy misery..

Well, the fence is complete. Don't have to put up with the neighbors anymore. Sure was quiet.

I did do some lawnmowing yesterday. Grass grew from all the rain we had last weekend. More is in the forecast for next week.

Not much else is going on. My sister is coming down from the city later today to look at the new fence.

We had a little spattering of snow yesterday, I guess old man winter isn't done with us yet. As wet as Oregon is this time of the year, I'm surprised baseball and softball start now, games are being rained-out.

Just a few more days until Spring, I'm enjoying watching the dafs and crocuses pop-up.

If so, you will (affectionally?) remember imbibing in (if like me, copious amounts of) Ba Moui Ba, or '33' Beer.

I definately remember 33 beer, (gag me with a spoon), after 'Nam I went to Germany and had some great beers, I'm still a beer snob to this day :=), thanks for stopping by the Canteen!
