Obama has said he’s going to do as much as he can without having to involve Congress.
Further he is pushing Agenda 21 crap. Goes hand in hand with the State Dept Pub. 5277 “Freedom from War” document.
That's my take on it. The Progressives are trying to overwhelm the system, overload it to the point of breakdown. A lot of the arbitrary application of the law is designed to foster distrust of authority. The OWS creates a feeling of chaos just crying out for a Kent State moment by the overloaded police, or a violent reaction by a citizen. Either way, the government wins by having an excuse to suspend more civil liberties.
This president is the front man for a Progressive movement to advance socialism/communism, and he has done a superlative job in that respect. IMHO, the intent is to see if they can't use their momentum to get the nation well beyond the tipping point, so that whatever happens, we can't get back to our Constitutional Republic.
Folks say Obama is incompetent. As President, he has thoroughly failed to live up to his oath of office (and should have rapidly been impeached, but for our recumbent Congress -- another story), but I maintain that he has been a supremely successful Community Organizer. He, and those running him, have masterfully read the condition of our country and played it to perfection (for their cause).
We’re now under a Marxist dominated Oligarchy. The American “Nomenclatura” is in place.
When I saw Bush 41 and Jeb Bush yucking it up with the evil bastard in the Oval Office just a month ago, I knew. It made me sick.

Many of the initial articles took a chicken little approach. However, analysis of the Executive Order, and particularly of one added ambiguity, along with what President Obama has been able to do thus far, suggest that particularly under President Obama, the Executive Order can be a big problem.
Excellent point! There are too many loopholes.. Over the decades we’ve had Progressives on both sides of the isle give themselves power over the Constitution and power over us.. I agree. Most Americans aren’t worth dying for. Of course, you don’t die in battle for our country or fellow countrymen. You die for your comrades-in-arms next to you. But, we don’t have the organization for that, do we? When they come for your neighbor that you barely know, will you stand and risk death and/or imprisonment for him? Of course not. That goes against human nature.

That is the million dollar question. When is the right time? Move too early, and you’re a lone-wolf nut or an extremist. Move too late and you are a twig in a hurricane. The bottom line is that we are still comfortable and we aren’t going to give that up to fight a state that holds all the cards: police, military, endless databases, forensics, surveillance cameras, snitches in every militia and right-wing group, control of your family’s wealth and housing, etc.
To be honest, we have to lose to win. Hide your weapons after the communist conversion (because it won’t be a revolution because a revolution would give us cause to act) and wait for the misery level to get too much for productive people to take it any longer. All the “Internet Tough Guy” posturing will dissolve in the face of the first wave of communist “reforms”. We need to get to the “nothing to lose” point before we’ll rise up. Obama knows that. Soros knows that. The GOP-E knows that. Everything is designed to take our freedoms while keeping us above the rebellion point.
At this point, we need to learn the Rules for Radicals and steal the Occupy movement from the left. In fact, we need to enlist the working Democrats into our ranks. They stand to lose as much as a working class Republican in the coming communist conversion.
The Tea Party is nice try, but it’s too civil. It’s too well-behaved. The Leftist Elite (in both parties) laugh at our pathetic attempt to protest like we’re at a church social.
Who needs to govern in conjunction with Congress when E.O. are so easy to do...

I remember people like you claiming those of us who were upset by taking prayer out of schools were conspiracy theorists. I remember people like you who thought those of us who cautioned about the FDA taking control of agriculture were conspiracy theorists. I remeber as each step was taken for more and more government intrusion people like you said there was nothing to worry about. I don’t much worry about what people like you say any more. Now, some of you boys, I know, are wondering whether or not you'll chicken out under fire. Don't worry about it. I can assure you that you will all do your duty. The Nazis are the enemy. Regarding the tea party, it was not just a nice try it was successful. We spoke loud and clear on November 02, 2010 and that was due in large part to the Tea Party. However, those elected went stone cold deaf in January after being sworn in.
Now, at this time in our history, the Tea Party tactics would be too civil. It won't work again. But as a result of the Tea Party,and us that are vocal, a bill was just signed in to law Friday nite. HR347/S1742 designed to quelch free speech and not just quelch it but criminalize it. Due to time and space I won't post everything I read since yesterday about it but in case you don't know about it you should research this. It is designed to eliminate dissension altogether and it passed overwhelmingly by our elected Eunuchs.
