Canadians, I think, are amongst the most informed of citizens, much of it due to the fact, because we sleep next to an elephant and every movement it makes, we know about. Consequently, our education system has developed an outward focus which grew to include much of the world.
The 600 lb gorrilla in the room is that much of what has come from the federal gov in the last several decades is unconstitutional.
