The financing for Many Prisons HAS A decreased to minimum for Some Months now, resulting in hundreds of detainees Being malnourished and Surviving on The Charity of Local Communities. The Latest example is The Prison Where in Corinth after stoppage from The Supply The nearby Military Camp, The prisoners are at The Mercy of God Because, AS Reported by prison staff, not even one grain of rice has been left in their warehouses.

And NOT ONE of those 'laws' would put a person in jail... Sounds like you've been reading the criminal press ... it's an excuse they use to rationalize robbing a bank or raping a woman... Greece is an absolute mess...they should bolt the EU immediately. They are in such dire straits because of the requirements to join and maintain membership...which forced Greece (and Spain, Portugal) to extreme government spending to raise GDP and GNP to EU requirements

They should GROW their own food. And any excess should go to the local food banks which are begging nightly on the news for food for the poor, mainly children and seniors. NO COLAS equal less money for food for seniors. Children get 3-4 meals per day at school at tax SLAVE expense, plus their parents food stamps, which they by lots of JUNK FOOD with. And get money back to buy cigs and lottery tickets with.
