If this is true, then Zimmerman prosecutor Angela Corey needs to step off the case.

Alan Dershowitz has been a harsh critic of Zimmerman prosecutor Angela Corey. Among his criticisms is that Corey has been too politicized in charging Second Degree Murder.

It does sound to me like Corey has given herself a financial stake in the case and thus a conflict of interest.

In today’s Amerika, none of this matters. If the state wants you, there’s nothing you can do.

Dershowitz woke up one morning, looked in the mirror - and decided he had had it up to here with evil... Evil tried to slink away but Dershowitz wasn’t gonna let that happen... and so in a land far far away our story begins...

I don’t know what Florida’s rules of ethics are, but in several states, a prosecutor who gains a financial stake in a case, through book rights or whatever, must disclose that fact and withdraw as counsel. A different special prosecutor needs to be appointed.

If the state wants you, there’s nothing you can do.

In this case, it's Obama who needs Zimmerman tried and acquitted. That will give our first Muslim President (who is playing radical liberal leftist) the riots and burning this summer that he needs to get re-elected.

1. It will get the attention off the depression era economy

2 It will get his base energized. The majority of the racists who voted for Obama the first time (such as Colin Powell) will forget that he is the one bringing economic chaos to our country.

3 The vast majority of Americans can't even comprehend that our first traitor as President is destroying the US on purpose. As Americans smile at the notion Obama is a traitor working for Muslims, Obama smiles because he knows Americans really are the biggest fools in history.

Corey just picked a big fight with someone who buys ink by the barrel - and data by the terabyte.

Oh yeah, and he’s a damn good lawyer. Don’t always agree with him (esp in the past), but there’s no questioning his legal abilities.

My interpretation: Dersh is giving “fair warning” before filing a devestating bar complaint against Corey. Just a hunch.

Derks will get it right once in a while....but he is an old fashioned liberal, the ones that would be consistant in protecting peoples rights...not just pick and choose which ones they’ll defend for who, and when....ala the ACLU...

If Zimmerman’s counsel does not hop right on top of this, he is amiss.

Maybe she’s trying to put herself in a position of having to withdraw from the case, even if she would not go through with trying to sue Harvard. Maybe it is a “way out” for her to not face the humiliation when Zimmerman walks free.

Could this be a suicide move to plausibly excuse her from dealing with a potato that is growing hotter and hotter?

Obama will not get reelected if there is widespread rioting. Doesn’t work that way.

“she threatened to sue Harvard Law School, to try to get me disciplined by the Bar Association and to file charges against me for libel and slander.”

Well, we’ll never see this in the media. Dersh can kiss his tv-appearance fees goodbye!

America also has sterner memories than the downtrodden Slavs, and isn’t so quick to cave in to socialism. Obama came in as an exotic flavor but is now manifest as a gilded turd.

According to the article:

Florida has adopted American Bar Association Standards of Criminal Justice Relating to Prosecution Function. ABA Standard 3-1.3 Conflicts of Interest provides in pertinent part:

(f) A prosecutor should not permit his or her professional judgment or obligations to be affected by his or her own political, financial, business, property, or personal interests.

Dersh can kiss his tv-appearance fees goodbye!

What would cause that to happen?

Media don’t want to report the misconduct of Corey. So they won’t let him report this incident.

Of course If he agreed to let them sweep her threats under the rug they’d let him come on their shows.

While Zimmerman will be tried, he won't be acquited. His "trial" will will be on a par with the Soviet "show trials" of the 1930s, In fact a Jew in the 1930s and early 40s appearing before aPeople's court" judge would have gotten a fairer trial.

Zimmerman has now become a political pawn. His guilt or innocence is no longer the question. He will now be sacrificed to appease Holder's people's blood lust.

Are you kidding? A crazy prosecutor who doesn’t know basic law AND provides reversible error on appeal?

She is a defense attorney’s wet dream!
