"Legislatively we can't do a thing, and we are going to move full speed ahead (with implementation).”

-- A Democratic “congressional official” talking to the Associated Press about plans in the Obama administration to proceed with the president’s 2010 health law even if the Supreme Court strikes down its central provision requiring all Americans to either purchase insurance or be enrolled in a government program.

We don't need no stinking SCOTUS decision!

Not surprising. Wonder who will stand up to them.

If they rule it’s not severable, we’ll be able to hear the Democrat heads exploding all the way to Boston.

If the mandate falls, the entire bill will be struck down. First, there is no severability clause by design. Second, how can the supremes evaluate all of the intricacies of what should be kept or not and what the consequences of each decision would be? ===> they can’t and they won’t.

They’ll say “no dice” and strike it all if they strike the mandate. It’s not gonna stay if it doesn’t all stay.

Good. More people need to feel the pain before they finialy decide to ‘just say no’. Cloward Piven will result in an “UNEXPECTED! outcome before this is over.

You go then, young Master Barry!

After all . . .

How many divisions does the Supreme Court have?

The problem is that they have let other (less controversial) laws slide without a severability clause, so there is precedent.

Forget the constitution, forget the SCOTUS, forget the will of the people, Obama and the far left must have their way.

Yes, but the others did not have myriad and unknown unintended consequences. It’s waaaay too much in this case. Best to just say no and have legislature repair. Not doing so would be a stretch of unimaginable proportion.

Let’s get together and send all our gonads to all the pubs that have none. Maybe we can order testostorone from the drug companies and give it to our representatives.

I am sure Lindsay could use some, along with the other sissybitches that belong to the pub party.

Instead of saying “I don’t think that is constitutional” they will say “It is not CONSTITUTIONAl” and we will bring down the idiot that wants to be king.

Think that an old man like me is tougher than all these pansies in the senate and in congress.

Blessings, Bobo
