Democrat Congressman Xavier Becerra, of California, was on "FOX News Sunday" today. He said, three (3) times, that people who did not want to pay the ObamaCare Tax are "Freeloaders".

The Romney Campaign needs to make campaign ads of this: "If you don't like ObamaCare, Democrats think you're a freeloader". Then show the clip from today's program.

Did you know that if you sell your house in 2013 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That’s $3,800 on a $100,000 home, $15,200 on a $400,000 home, etc.

It’s in the health care bill, — and it goes into effect in 2013. Why 2013? Could it be so that it doesn’t come to light until after the 2012 elections?

Does this sales tax applies only to people making over $250,000 per year? I am not sure!

Actually, I agree with the statement as stated, but not with the guy who's making it. The Dem idea is to have a penalty which serves as a health insurance floor, but then to exempt a good portion of their base as too poor to pay the penalty. So, it's not an honest statement, and that's my problem with it.

As long as there's an "I won't or can't pay" option, the mandate is meaningless. It penalizes the law abiding and tax-paying.

That is my point. Know for a fact that all my social security payments have been blown into the wind. The Feds have no money to pay my future retirement. So this is my deal, the IRS can keep the Social Security payments as payment for the required Health Care taxes/fees. Everyone knows what they are gonna do with the extra money anyway.
