The perfect response to the CFA "Kiss-in" (vanity)
myself

Posted on 08/02/2012 1:47:37 PM PDT by redpoll

The following was posted by fellow Freeper stansblugrassgrl on Thursday 2 August...

>>>We plan to go on Friday, too, and join the kiss-in. We’ve been traditionally married for nearly 32 years and enjoy kissing very much. Thought we’d bring some balance to the event. ;-)<<<

Here's my response:

>>>BRILLIANT!

Please make this thought go viral before Friday. Urge everyone to go to the CFA and start kissing alongside the gay couples. This is the perfect response - funny, in their faces, and mocking them.

I’d also buy the gay kissing couples some lunch just to show how much they’re appreciated.<<<

I normally don't do vanity posts, but this is a perfect response - and quite Alinskyesque, actually. If there was a CFA here in my little Alaskan Bush village, I'd sweet talk the wife into going with me... but the nearest CFA is about 500 miles to the south. However, this is the perfect response. Wherever there is a gay couple kissing, have a dozen hetereosexual couples kissing alongside them. And be nice and serve them lunch. It'll confound the televison cameras, too, who are anxious for some kind of visual.

The only thing I could do on CFA appreciation day was buy a t-shirt. It felt good.

The perfect response is for Chick-Fil-A to only have their drive-thrus open that day.

Just be advised that those who oppose the traditional definition of marriage may hijack your counter-protest and tell the media that the heterosexual kissers are “offering moral support”.

I’ll be hitting the drive through. My sale will be credited, it will be known that I was not among those inside that day, and I won’t have to enter the bathroom on “same sex public display of affection day”.

Yes, it would. And as civil protest, it would combine Ghandi and George Carlin.

I think a better idea is to show up and just laugh at them and maybe have a camera with you and take pictures.

I might go there and fart alongside them. If they can be disgusting in public why can't I?

I was thinking more along the lines of ‘pointing and laughing’ but to each his own.

I’ll have to pass on this. I’m not much of a kisser, in private or public, and I’d need a bag of barf bags to stand there and watch homosexuals swap spit. I do intend to eat at the first Chick-Fil-A I see, providing I don’t have to wait in line.

Unless you live in a faggot-friendly city like san francisco, I doubt you'll even notice the fags are having an 'event' there.

Every TV station in the country will have camera crews out to document the 2 to 4 "protestors" that actually show up for this. I'd be willing to bet that 80% of the CFA across the nation won't even have a single 'kiss in' show up.

I suggest you go with some rating signs and rate the kisses. Don’t rate anything higher than a two. Yawn and leave.

Personally, I’m against romantic public displays of affection. I don’t like this ploy.

I think it will just encourage them. Better to just ignore the homo-activists. If we could have another spontaneous CFA Appreciation Day on Friday, no one would even notice them; until they did something criminal.

Traditional couple kissing sounds like a good plan, but please, people, don' get ugly with them.

That's what they want; pictures of us yelling, swearing, shoving, etc so the Lib MSM can spread it across newspapers and TV.

This is not about CFA.

CFA made record profits due to our support of their CEO’s right to free speech - to not be bullied.

I'd say stay away from CFA on Friday, don't give the MSM pictures that can be misrepresented - only bare parking lots and sleazeball libs.

Normal couples don't feel the need to be exhibitionists.

Why do gay couples have that need?

I saw this and laughed! What a surprise! The idea is to usurp their kiss-in. And if they usurp our usurption, well, can’t help that, but it will have watered down the attempt to “offend”. As someone pointed out, if there is a sign requesting that there be no show of affection, then so be it. We’ll have lunch and call it good. If there are no protesters, well, Stan might get a kiss, anyway.

The left uses ridicule against the right. It’s usually cruel and hateful. This is actually a display of normal love and affection, lightly poking fun at the left for trying to be so offensive. Makes them look stupid. Makes you hubby, wife, girlfriend or boyfriend (of the OPPOSITE sex, of course) feel appreciated.

There’s more the one way to skin a cat, as they say (probably to piss off a cat lover). I’ve heard people say that yesterday’s CFA appreciation day was a victory. It was an affirmation - and a beginning. We must stand against the evil. The truth needs not defense, meaning we don’t have to lash out in anger, or resentment, etc., because that’s the tools of the left. We stand firm on our beliefs and reflect back who we are - people who believe in American values. It will drive them nuts.

What really irritates me is how the left managed to....I don’t even know the words.......taint, tarnish, poison...traditional marriage, as if it something dirty if you support it. Traditional marriage is legal, honorable and desirable. I know many have had bad experiences with it, but it is still the ideal situation and has been time tested and proven reliable through out human history.

Ok, I’ll stop ranting now. My cousin, who practices the gay life style, said that “biblical = hate”. We need to take back not only our words but THE WORD!

This IS about Chick-fil-A, and every family-oriented organization being freshly attacked by the Gaystapo Left. We need to cut out this obfuscation about this being mainly about "free speech;" we properly wouldn't give a hoot if a homo-nazi organization were banned from a city for pernicious recruiting of young people.

It is about selectively demonizing good people JUST because they are good people.
