Yahoo News ^ | 8/16/2012 | Dashiell Bennett

Authorities are winding down their criminal investigation of the failed brokarage firm, MF Global, and despite the lack of oversight and the loss of more than $1 billion in customer funds, it now seems unlikely that anyone at the firm will face criminal charges.

They want as much in their physical possession as they can possibly get because they know that when the poop hits the fan and this whole deal collapses, they’re going to be able to keep everything that they have. They want as much as possible. within the next few weeks to months- I think that what they’re going to try to do is to try to consolidate these mega banks even more, and I think that JP Morgan is probably going to end up making a play for Citi at some point, and they are just going to try to have as much as possible under Jamie Dimon’s roof, because I think they know that the end is coming. It’s rotten to the core. We’re seeing the complete disintegration of the financial system before our very eyes. Everyone needs to get their money out of the financial system. Nothing is safe. Not just the futures markets, but the entire thing. Stocks, 401k, IRA, deposit accounts. And the sooner the better.I'd like to learn more about this can you suggest other blogs or wbsites? I listened to Ann Barnhardt, and am taking action

Holder’s corrupt DOJ gives “Get Out of Jail Free” cards to major Obama/Democrat donors from Solyndra to Geithner to Corzine, etc.

Obama’s in the White House shouting “Yes we did”!

Statute of limitations.

He won’t be in the clear for some time yet.

"Can you pardon someone before they are charged?

Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon before he had been charged with any crime.

How many ways are there for sociopaths (politicians, lawyers, ...) to steal from those of us who actually work for a living?

1. Taxes.
2. Fraudulent companies.
3. Embezzlement which the government essentially legalizes by failure to prosecute.
4. Unions.
5. College tuition which pays for outlandish and extravagant lifestyles of the academic “elites.”
6. Crony capitalism which lavishes taxpayer money on companies that have no business being in the marketplace (Solyndra, ...)
7. Laws which mandate purchases from favored companies (ZippyCare, curly lightbulbs, lowflow toilets, ...)

We should keep a list. Then abolish everything on it and vote out of office anyone who supports the things on it. And so far as possible, refuse to patronize businesses that support these practices.

So what was Biden talking about last week when he said that the Republicans were going to “unchain Wall Street”? It sounds to me like the current administration is Un-chaining Wall Street, and letting them get away with theft and fraud, as long as they donate to the coming election.

The Democrat elite silence would be expected but the Republican elite silence only goes to confirm that globalist elites are non-partisan and are in equal control of both party elites.

That’s worth repeating. The system is rigged.

Its remarkable how the media can keep the mention of scandals quiet when one of their marching order is involved. Had any conservatives been associated with this, it would be living on the top of the fold and leading out at 6:00 O’clock.

Not from Democrats. Not from Republicans.

It's important to remember that Wall Street owns both sides of the aisle. At least Sarah Palin is talking about Crony Capitalism.

What really bothers me is when I tell people about this they just aren't concerned at all. They can't see the ramifications. No one sees a problem. IT BOGGLES THE MIND AT THE RESPONSE I AM GETTING!

Naaah! The crypto Commie Kenyan Usurper will be too busy concocting a way to pardon himself and his Wookie......and might possibly get away with it. Interesting question...Will a pardon still be valid if Sheriff Joe c an prove he had no Constitutional right to issue one?
