Speaking of words that people don’t know how to use, I’ve been informed by my old pal Dave Weigel (@daveweigel) that I’m a “birther.” The reason I’m a “birther” is that I think Obama was born in Hawaii. I’m also a “birther” because when Obama wants me to believe he went over 15 years without reading his own literary bio that falsely claimed he was born elsewhere, I get a little skeptical.
Thinking that Obama had anything to do with this, or even knew about it, is a “conspiracy theory.” According to Weigel, anyway. Yeah, what sort of unbridled narcissist would read his own literary bio? Not Obama, that’s for sure…
“Birther” means whatever it needs to mean at the moment a liberal uses it. People who think Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii are “birthers.” People who think Obama was born in Hawaii, and who wonder why he used to claim otherwise, are also “birthers.” The word has been rendered meaningless. Now it’s just an epithet to throw out when you don’t feel like thinking.
But hey, at least MoveOn spelled it right!

Alvin Onaka refused to verify that Barack Hussein Obama is Obama’s dad, or that Stanley Ann Dunham is his mother, or any other facts of Obama’s birth. The only legal reason allowable for him to fail to verify those facts to a qualified requestor is if he cannot certify that the birth really happened that way. IOW, if those claims are not made on a valid BC. Onaka did verify that those are the parents claimed on the record they’ve got, but he can’t verify those claims as true because the record they’ve got is not legally valid. There is something so fishy about that BC that Hawaii doesn’t give the record ANY evidentiary value; the official record has no more legal weight than the color drawings people have posted here at FR.
IOW, there are no legally-established birth facts for Obama at all. Legally speaking, we know NOTHING about what is really the case with him. Nothing. And we never will until we get access to find out what evidence there really is for ANY claim about his birth. HI Gov. Neil Abercrombie said back in December of 2010 in an interview published in Hawaii that the record they have in Hawaii was going to be a problem for Obama’s re-election. And it is.

Yes Sherman, and the Constitution doesn't contain the definition for who are natural born citizens just as it doesn't contain any definitions so that the ideas contained in the document would not be corrupted by the natural changes in language. The focus by most on where Obama was born, the lack of documents, is a smokescreen which suggests to those who have been snookered by the ploy that being born on our soil is sufficient qualification for the presidency. The Constitution requires a natural born citizen for the presidency, and doesn't define who are citizens, since those definitions were different in state constitutions among the nine original states approving the 1787 Constitution.
Article 1 Section 8 told congress to create "an Uniform rule for Naturalization". Barack Obama told the world he is a naturalized citizen, for having been born, as he told us, to a British subject, and thus himself born a subject of the British Commonwealth. He is a 14th Amendment, a naturalized citizen, by his own true statement, and not a natural born citizen, eligible to be president.
Obama's able legal staff, certainly including his Harvard Con Law Professor Larry Tribe, made sure he told the truth. Larry, and many other progressives don't like Article II Section 1, but have been unsuccessful in many attempts to amend it. Republicans too have tried to change it, Orrin Hatch in 2003 for example when Hatch wanted to enable Schwarzenegger to run. Obamo told us all he was ignoring the Constitution, not because of where he was born - he was probably born in Hawaii - but hides his papers to distract from the real issue. Obama has told us he is a naturalized citizen and is being protected by the usual suspects, including all Republicans, because neither is John McCain a natural born citizen. It was Obama Campaign Committee co-chair, along with Barack, who co-sponsored a bill, Senate Bill 2678, in February 2008, the ‘‘Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act’’. Obama and McCaskill quite openly sponsored that bill to make McCain appear eligible. Certainly they knew that Congress has no authority to interpret the Constitution, but they knew few citizens know that. The bill failed, as may have been intended.
Obama's cadre are very clever political strategists. They certainly confused the issue, and did so once more in April, with McCaskill again co-sponsor, but this time a "Resolution" and not a "bill", in which every US Senator but McCain signed agreement with Judge Michael Chertoff, who testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee: “My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.”
No one will likely see Obama's birth certificate, his school records and citizenship status at enrollment (foreign student status would seem unnecessry given Obama's patron, according to Percy Sutton, was Whalid bin-Talal, largest external stockholder of News Corp, owner of Fox News and The WSJ), or his selective service documents. His path has been carefully prepared and identity protected by professionals. Chief Justice Roberts, who may have some secrets of his own, will not let the court affirm or deny the precedent established in Minor v. Happersett. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens ..." If a progressive-leaning court reinterprets the Minor court's definition, at least everyone will know the truth, and decide for themselves if they want to have anchor babies, perhaps born to illegal Wahabbi terrorists, but in Arizona, eligible to be commander in chief and chief executive.
The Supreme Court Case Wong Kim Ark was interpreted to create anchor babies, but it didn't render Wong Kim, born to domiciled Chinese parents in San Francisco, a natural born citizen. Wong Kim was made a citizen. Now progressives are testing whether citizens can be duped into ignoring Article II Section 1. Several state courts, including Indiana, have reinterpreted Article II, and their decisions used to decide a number of challenges to Obama's eligibility, judicial activism, and flawed rulings. There has been no amendment to the natural born citizen provision thus far, in spite of between twenty six and thirty attempts to change it.

Yes, it is and it is to be directed at YOU. More than 50% of our nation's citizens DID NOT vote for Obama.

Until recently, the word from Hawaii was that Fukino confirmed in an extra-legal press release that she saw the original vital records “verifying” that Obama was born in Hawaii. The legal presumption was that her announcement was not fraudulent and that she was not engaging in misprision of fraud and forgery.
Now Alvin Onaka has come out with the real deal: a legal document confirming that the record Fukino was talking about is legally non-valid.
Onaka’s legal document has been published, and the legal presumption NOW has to be that Onaka’s LEGAL response/document is in compliance with the law - and that he failed to verify any of Obama’s birth facts requested on Bennett’s actual verification application for the only reason allowable by law: because he cannot certify that the birth really happened that way.
IOW, until recently the legal eagles had to presume that Fukino was telling the truth and not deceiving everybody. Now Onaka has revealed that her statement was deceptive, because the record Hawaii has is LEGALLY NON-VALID. Bennett asked for the truth, as allowable by law, and Onaka told him the truth: Obama has no legally-valid birth record, and what he has presented is a forgery to hide the non-validity of the record.
With that out in the public, every lawyer in the country legally has to presume that Obama has NOT qualified as eligible. We can’t even know how old he is. With the cat out of the bag DIRECTLY FROM ONAKA IN A LEGAL DOCUMENT, any lawyer that allows Obama to proceed as if he was eligible is committing visible felonies in full view of everybody. There is nowhere they can legally hide any more.
This changes everything.

BTW, I have run my evidence past 3 lawyers and they all agree that the evidence and reasoning are legally sound.
And the actions of the Mississippi Democratic Executive Committee reflect that they also recognized what Onaka had disclosed - because when MDEC requested a verification they made sure to not ask for any birth facts to be verified. They knew from the Bennett verification that Onaka could not and thus would not verify anything if they asked him to verify that the birth actually happened in the way Obama has claimed.
In fact, their request was what first clued me in that my reasoning IS legally sound. And then I checked it with some lawyers, who all agreed.
When you’ve got even the MDEC lawyers acting in agreement with the interpretation that 3 other lawyers have also confirmed as legally-sound, that is an admission against interest - one of the highest forms of evidence that exists.
Don’t look behind the curtain! Continue to believe what I tell you. The birther issue is frightening to them. If he is ever found to be a fraud all the crap he signed into law, all his policies all his executive orders are NULL AND VOID!
