In a June 8, 2012 contribution to American Thinker entitled "Did Bill Clinton Deliver a Coded Warning About Obama," this writer showed that there are very good reasons for believing that none other than Mr. Clinton (aka "Big Dog") slyly fingered Obama as both a Communist and a grave threat to what remains of capitalism.
The article also said that powerful Clintonian forces were crystallizing, and that Mr. Obama was going to pay the price for displaying the pomposity, unbridled narcissism, and grandiosity of a political tyro who has had enormous power hand-delivered to his lap.
Obviously, many things have transpired since June. Mr. Clinton himself largely turned invisible, went under, and remained submerged until August, when a much-ballyhooed (by the MSM) ad popped up (discussed momentarily) ostensibly supporting the man known as Obama and featuring a refreshed-looking 42nd president.
Can you believe that on September 3, two days before Mr. Clinton's signature DNC speech, news emerged that Douglas Band, a young (39) and top aide to Mr. Clinton, will be voting for Mr. Romney?
I mean, how uproariously funny is all of this? What a bracing insult to the Empty Chair!
Put that together with the fact, mentioned above, that Mr. Clinton has refused to render unto Caesar the contents of his (Mr. Clinton's) DNC speech, and what we have in the Obama camp is buckets of cold sweat and a sense that it's too late to avoid the trapdoor.

Oh no, of course not. He will stick the knife in as silky smooth and slick as can be.
bingo.....
BJ: Heeeerrrrreeeee's Billy! I am still the Big Dog!!! Wooof Woooof!
Gibbs: Presstitutes, look who I brought you! Oooh. I hope he mentions me.
zer0: Dammit. I just knew this would happen. I'll never be the Big Dog. I'm outta here.
That he is. I will watch his speech just to hear him damn Obama with faint praise. Curiously, I can still listen to Clinton and not go ballistic, unlike listening to either Obama.
What are your thoughts about the BJ keynote speech? Do you concur with Mr. Kissner’s analysis?
How many times did we hear, "It's a make or break speech" whenever Clinton was struggling to remain relevant.
Followed by the MSM with their "Wowser-roo boys and girls, he just hit it waaaaaaayyyyyy out of the park! What a speech! What a guy! What's not to love!"
Clinton's speech tonight? One Narcissist praising another Narcissist with fawning, contrived, rooted in fantasy load of BS. Just an empty suit endorsing an empty chair.
——His speech will be a little “green,” but older (including more traditional) and wiser than Obama.——
Over my desk is posted.......
“Age and treachery will overcome youth and skill”
No one is going to see, hear or care about this speech. When the NFL moved opening night to Wednesday to accommodate The One on Thursday, he then gave the time slot opposite the game to Slick.
Don’t tell the MSMerdre.
Totally agree.
The sexual predator even lies in his Obami commercial.
MSMerde is ginning up ratings.
I smile every single time I see that pic. Domo! :)
There is (almost) no scenario where Billary can escape stink-free from such a debacle.
Yes, a brilliant piece of Doublegoodspeak. He hit on nearly every well-researched negative association phrase possible. Negatively associated with Obama.
I think Clinton is all about Clinton and does not give a damn about the usurper. Having said that, I think he’s at peace with having been President, and knows that Hillary’s term as SOS is the end of the Clinton line. This will be the “elder statesman” speech that pimps himself, but only offers token support of 0bama as lip service.
I just love using the words “token” and “lip service” in the same sentence as “0bama.”
Right now Bill Clinton is hitting the marks, saying all the things he must—but behind closed doors I bet he is cutting the legs out from under Obama. My question—Why is Hillary so far away? Why did she reject the VP slot? What does she know that we don’t? I bet Clinton will talk about himself a great deal, say a lot of platitudes about Obama. Blame the Republicans and message problems—I don’t think he will go all out for him. He will look like a ‘Elder Statesman’ but there will be no excitement for Obama. We shall see—I think there is something desperate going on behind the scenes...just a feeling.
