So if people ain’t gonna obey the murder law, what the Hell makes these politicians think they will obey the gun law?
Well, I guess that if a criminal is so stupid that he can’t take a battery out of a laser or paint over the laser, he deserves to get caught. Another useless technology that only restricts law abiding citizens.

If you gave a damn about our children, you would get tough on criminals instead of coddling them and giving them excuses.

On another note, me and the boss lady went to see Atlas Shrugged Pt 2 this afternoon here in Reno. Liked the movie. Theater was about 80% full for the 2:25 p.m. showing. Fifty and sixty year olds with a few younger folks as well. Nicely received. Worth seeing. We first thought we were going to have to go all the way to Roseville CA to see it but it popped up at the last minute so a much shorter drive.
Helping keep mankind warm for 65 years.

This tired, overused, meaningless phrase about “common sense” is routinely offered by people who haven’t got enough sense to come in out of the rain.
I have no idea what this reporter is talking about. “Micro stamping” usually involves putting raised numbers on the firing pin or inside the chamber so the shell casing is imprinted with those numbers. The laser imprinting is put on the brass during manufacturing. The first associates the shell case with the gun while the second matches the ammo with the buyer. Neither works for revolvers since they don’t throw brass. In addition, Maryland has had a shell case registry for over a decade and has yet to convict anyone using that as evidence.

Will increase the cost of firearms ownership by at least 100%.

At this point I have to think it’s a case of don’t waste a good crisis, any crisis, no matter how small it may be, in order to advance the agenda.
They want the population unarmed, and they will start anywhere on the map and work outward, and they will use any reason to push.
