Fox News and others report that military help was available during the terrorist attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya, but denied. CIA and Pentagon officials strongly deny the claim.

Not true. Depending on the equipment, you can use a laser to determine range, which is then used to calculate coordinates. I doubt there was a gunship on station, because I doubt the crew would obey an order to refuse support.

THe evidence is mounting to the sky that Obama refused to help US forces under fire when it was in his authority to do so. That, in my book, amounts to nothing less than TREASON, or at the VERY least dereliction of duty.
Is there anything...ANYTHING...we can do to make sure he comes to some form of justice??? Simply not re-electing him isn’t enough! I don’t want him spending his days retired on some compound in Hawaii. I want him in a prison cell, turning old and grey, knowing he will never see daylight as a free man.

The tactic is called “jamming”. Memorizing a monologue and blasting it forth, talking over and through your opponent, allowing no rebuttal and no chance of differing words to get through.
Liberal blacks (but I repeat myself) have mastered the technique and do it on every talking head show I’ve ever seen them on.
More likely after being denied three times before by Valerie Jarrett's sock puppet, they merely informed Obama when they were already in flight over Pakistan and put him in position where he had to call off a mission already in process.

I want to change my opinion. I’ve been thinking about it, and the totality of the information coming in leads to the conclusion that at least one drone was armed (since the democrats refuse to say they were not), and that Gen Ham gave the order to proceed and was fired as a result - you don’t replace a 4 star part way thru his tour without something significant happening. While lazing doesn’t require the presence of a weapon system, the request for a specific response certainly suggests a gunship was available, or close enough to be made available. I’d guess the latter.

What the CIA actually said is that nobody in the CIA or DOD denied the request, huge difference! They are telling the press exactly where that order came from and the news knows it.
It has now been clearly demonstrated that the Obama administration will "stand down" and watch while our people are attacked and murdered by Muslim terrorists.
Obama's pusillanimous response to the Benghazi attack has telegraphed a message of weakness that will encourage further terrorist attacks on American personnel and assets.

Second, everything he says after the first directive is in past tense. He is cornered and has no telepromter. I believe he was AWAL after the 6PM email that stated that the attack had stopped and the consulate cleared.
I say this for two reasons. At 10:00PM Hillary released a press statement that reads;
I condemn in the strongest terms the attack on our mission in Benghazi today. As we work to secure our personnel and facilities, we have confirmed that one of our State Department officers was killed. We are heartbroken by this terrible loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and those who have suffered in this attack.In her statement she mentions speaking with President Magariaf no doubt asking him for military support because POTUS was AWAL and she could not order Military action. It is being reported today on Fox that the request for help at the annex was denied because the station chief was waiting for Lybian help that of course never came.This evening, I called Libyan President Magariaf to coordinate additional support to protect Americans in Libya. President Magariaf expressed his condemnation and condolences and pledged his government’s full cooperation.

The United States deplores any intentional effort to denigrate the religious beliefs of others. Our commitment to religious tolerance goes back to the very beginning of our nation.
