The “official” swearing in is supposed to be done by the SCOTUS Chief Justice—aka Red Roberts who pissed on the US Constitution, stabbing America in the back and empowering the Obama tyranny.
Special place in Hell for that nefarious bastard.

I wonder if the gay one will recluse himself from the same sex marriage case?

Probably Roberts. One traitor to another.

For the oath taking on Sunday, as a matter of law all he has to do is recite the oath. The judge is not required nor is a religious text, though I assume he'll use Dreams of My Father ...

The Chief Justice...Roberts

I don’t know, but I can tell you someone that will be swearing at ‘Bama’ during his swearing in!

Anyone who can take oaths can swear him in.
Tradition gives it to the Chief Justice....and I can tell you that Obama doesn't want to break tradion on this one....
except he might just use the Koran. Now that causes a problem. You can't be a USA citizen and oath to the political system attached to the Koran. Your allegiance to the USA must be in total.

Roberts, but this time he will kneel in front of Obama and hold the Koran up to the Won.

He was sworn in by the Koran in a private as Obozo said in a do over the first time Justice Roberts due to something Roberts did not do or flubbed which of course is an out and out lie. For whatever reason possibly the only way Obama could pledge his allegiance to something other than America. This may have been a pay off to Obama or to the one world government.
Whatever, this ceremony should not be in private.

This president has never given a damn about about the Constitution except when he could use it to manipulate people.

Ref post #5.
Yes, I read that a couple of weeks ago.

If Inauguration Day falls on a Sunday, the president is sworn in during a private ceremony with the PUBLIC ceremony/parades being on Monday. It’s traditional to have a private ceremony;however, Reagan’s WAS televised.
Although we’d like to think so, there is nothing nefarious going on here. I would be suspicious if they didn’t at least televise it.
