That would have been my first guitar, 49 years ago. A HUGE arch-top Harmony from Sears with 1/4 action!

It took 47 years to get a Les paul, but it was worth the wait.

Much like the winter of 1975-76. Bitter cold, little snow and major glaciation problems.

To: The Mayor

Good evening, Mayor, and thanks for today’s sustenance for body and soul. Is any of the ugly, stormy weather headed for you?

Are you home for Christmas? Traveling? Entertaining family/company? ((HUGS))

If I may...what are major glaciation problems?

Lack of snow cover/insulation, allows seeping water to freeze creating a dam until the water flows over the top, freezing, creating a higher dam, and a repeat until the "glacier" gets 1,2,3,4,etc., feet thick. Especially a problem on mountain roads. Glaciation can also be a problem on creeks and smaller rivers.

Hey Ma. It’s -44 here. We had a reading at North Pole of -48 earlier.

When I was here last time, the lowest temp I experienced was -56.

We are getting closer.

But, if the world doesn’t end today, we will start gaing daylight again.

That’s right....the world is ending. So far it’s only -3 at my house.

And you are right...a little more daylight every day now.

Stay warm!!! Take good care of your jets....what a shock to come rolling out of a nice heated hanger into that COLD! ((HUGS))
