It’s not just illegal immigration that has turned California into a liberal bastion and lost cause for the GOP. Mass legal immigration is just as much to blame.

With 0bama’s policies of more taxes and regulations Mexicans won’t want to come here soon.

So that, coupled with the fact that the coming perfect economic storm will be just as tough on 0bama supports than the rest of us are about the only good things about the last election.

Make them self deport!!!

That's one option but a pro-active renewal of Operation Wetback is long overdue.

RE :”A new Associated Press-GfK poll has found that more than 60 percent of Americans now favor allowing a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants already in the country.
That's a significantly higher number than last time the AP polled on the question, in 2010, when just 50 percent supported the idea.
The turnaround has been driven by Republicans changing their views. A majority in the GOP — 53 percent — now favor allowing illegal immigrants a path to citizenship. That's up 22 percentage points from 2010.”

I live in a deep Blue State and can understand Dems wanting illegals to vote, but I have yet to meet a Republican who tells me that (in person.) This defies common sense.

I know its the ‘compassion’ thing, poor children brought here with no choice...OK... lets do something non-destructive.

But how much is this going to cost in taxpayer money? How many benefits will they be able to get? Heck, we already are forced to pay for part of their college in Maryland.

Even worse why give them the f,,,ing vote when you know it will be for Democrats and force Rs to be more like Dems to win elections?

You ever hear a amnesty Republican explain this?

“many Republicans will not support a socially conservative candidate.”

Well, then, that’s the problem, no?

Un-skew polls. Yeah, that worked so well the last time. We can argue merits just stop the, this poll is bad because it is not what I want to hear.

Mob rule is not a Republican form of governance -nor is propaganda legitimate public discourse.

I would be satisfied if the Executive simply enforced the laws he swore to uphold.

No polls necessary.

Why discuss the merits of 'reforming' a law when the law is ignored by the gay kenyan meterosexual manboy thug?

Much like discussing gun control -no discussion necessary. The conservative answer should be NO debate on that which is not to be compromised.

Sorry if you do not want to face facts and come up with solutions based on facts

Pavlov had his dogs, the leftists have people like you. They whistle and the useful idiots jump. More leftist solutions to leftist created problems? Both you and kenyan boy wonder can kiss my grits!

Facts? LOL!!!!! How about the fact that we got a problem and it is because immigration laws are not being enforced and or are being subverted by leftists at local state and federal levels?

No polls or useful idiot cheerleaders needed for the real facts.

Re: “Remember, California just became a minorities dominant state.”

Unfortunately, all the white Democrat refugees moved up here to Seattle and Portland.

“In short, it’s a lie, just another damned liberal lie!”

I agree; I’ve been to bars that are slowly going out of business, and they won’t even serve the illegals. They have no paperwork to verify their age, and though they are a tempting customer base (pounding Coronas for hours), they aren’t worth the hassle. Barmaids can’t stand them; they don’t tip after spending $60 apiece and sassing them for hours.

"Un-skew polls. Yeah, that worked so well the last time. We can argue merits just stop the, this poll is bad because it is not what I want to hear."

A hint to the clueless:

The leftwing's skewed polls become self-fulfilling when they get the leaders of the opposition party to abandon rightwing positions - and thereby suppress rightwing base turnout.

Do that in enough elections and leftist policies to change the demographics of America (such as the newly proposed Amnesty and the continuing expansion of welfare programs) will make skewing no longer necessary.

Watch the first 6 minutes of this and you’ll see the hopelessness of taking in a few million illegals. Even a few million a year wouldn’t matter. It’s a bottomless pit filled with misery - a pit liberal elites want to recreate here.
In short - North Korea.

I suspect our solution as a culture will be to stop having children and let the country (as we know it) die.

Maybe that’s best.

The guy in the lecture video is saying exactly what I been posting for years massive immigration from Third World countries, and I first saw it under GWB and continued under Obama here in Maryland. And the Dems here allowed thousands of square miles of forest to be destroyed for new housing developments for them.

This state and many others on the east coast are Balkinized.
Its no wonder that Obama+O Malley ideas on SS marriage and illegal immigration, as well as guns and Obama-0-care are so readily accepted now. There is no common culture.

Hey, I warned about this here as it was happening and there was always a few here replying that legal immigration is great for us,

It’s a manufactured poll designed to produce a certain outcome which is then reported as news. I never put much stock in these things, the real outrage is how the media believes that their duty is not to report the news but guide the masses to the right conclusions.

So the polls are skewed but they become reality later because they change policy which changes demographics?

Well demographics have changed a lot in the last 24 years. Is this because of policy or the big melting pot is always changing? I tend to believe the later.

Exit polls in 1988 when GHW Bush won with over 400 EV and 2012 when Romney lost are remarkably similar. Bush won whites 60-40, Romney won whites 59-41. Hispanic Bush 30-70, Romney 27-70. AA Bush 15-85, Romney 4-96.
The huge difference? Hispanic vote in 88 was 3%. In 2012 it was 11%. AA vote is also 3 percent higher.

Bottom line the conservative vote is stagnant. Demographically we are going to be the minority party for a long time unless we adapt to the reality of the changing demographics.

While the US has from its beginning been a “melting pot” of immigration, that pot has been broken since 1987, when for the first time in our history, those who came here illegally were - by policy - legalized rather than removed. Even more have since taken the cue to come and/or stay illegally and by policy they remain to demand yet another Amnesty. To say that the voting demographics of a traditional American “melting pot” legal immigration is changing policy is ignorant or dishonest. To say the policy of legalizing the illegal invaders into citizen is changing voting demographics is the only truth!

As for the election, the change in total popular vote, from 131 million in 2008, to 124 million in 2012, reveals a lose of 7 million voters in 2012. That was what counted in 2012, not the growing Hispanic vote, even when boosted by the unrestricted participation of non-citizens. The 7 million that didn't vote did not come from the Democrat pampered base of Hispanics but from the forgotten non-minority Americans.

By anointing Romney, a go along to get along, no-fight “moderate,” GOP leaders chose to abandon/downplay the positions and issues that would fire-up those forgotten non-minority Americans - who have seen their quality of life continuing to decline under this 3rd world invasion condoned by the elites making national policy.

Instead you propose to “adapt to the reality of the changing demographics” by legalizing even more “undocumented” Democrats into voters who will vote for more policies promoting our national decline. This leaves me wondering if you are really that unaware of our recent “immigration” history or are yourself a closet Democrat.
