Conservative radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh said on Wednesday that the Obama administration’s release of hundreds of illegal aliens from local jails to save money before huge budget cuts take effect was “an impeachable offense.”
“This is in direct violation of the oath of office,” Limbaugh said on his radio show. “Defend and protect the Constitution of the United States and the people.
“We're opening the doors of prisons before the sequester has even happened, before there have even been any budget cuts,” Limbaugh added. “This is so childish, except the consequences are real for people that live near these detention centers. This is in-the-ground, hard, cold reality.”

Well I fully believe in the Constitution but there is room for debate on the meaning of NBC in the Constitution. I don’t buy the NBC zealot position and neither does most of the Country. There is zero support for your position in the House so it’s a bit academic and fruitless really.
What’s not academic is Congress’ refusal to validate that Obama was even born in the U.S. Even if we do not agree on your definition of NBC I think we can agree that we can’t even get support for Congress to ensure that a President is born in the US. So I just suggest we not waste ammo on Hussein’s father’s status if we can not even get any interest on where Obama (President) himself was born.
I mean you no ill will and apologize for coming across brash. I just get so frustrated as this is a major sore spot for me. I am not a birther but fall into the camp of “I don’t know if Obama is qualified or not but pissed off that no one will even bother to check”. But apparently Obama figured out it was an impeachable offense about the same time, too, and no doubt realized that releasing hispanic illegals wasn't going to go over well in the black communirty either, which is why even before Rush was of the air the admin was backpeddling -at lightspeed- to disassociate itself from the prisoner release. That's the first time I'd seen backpeddling like that happen since Benghazi, and even in the case of Benghazi it took longer. And then after the talk shows chattered about impeachment over the release of illegals- the accomodating press looked around for another story to glom onto rather than have to report on the illegal criminal release, and they spotted this Woodward story and opted to run with it and make it 'story of the week' because it is just edgy enough to do the trick to keep the rest of the press off of the release story without doing much damage to The One.

Rush is wrong more often than not but I will drop him and move on to the issue at hand, and something more realistic than his irrelevant statements.
Is the GOP in the house subpoena-ing all the names and backgrounds of these criminals to make public and having hearings on?
Now that would be useful and maybe quite effective.
The idea of impeaching O is about as realistic as those delusional birthers who claimed a single judge would remove O from office, then they followed Trump off a cliff.
I have never understood or agreed with the term “Standing”.
Every case brought before a court has been turned down because no one has “standing”.
As a concerned United States citizen-—do we all not have “standing”.

Obama has spents millions from his own election campaign to hire lawyers and millions from our taxes for government attorneys to protect him from being taken to court and have to explain who the hell he is, where he was born, how he got into college, his grades while there, and why je was allowed to submit a phony birth certificate.We can argue for years about where he was born, but there is no doubt in most of our minds that the birth certificate is a phony.
Half the Hawaii government should go to jail over that.
The man should have been impeached twice over by now, and if I were a Democrat in the House I would hang my head in shame over the fact that I was owned, OWNED by the party.

Upon release, where did all the (perhaps thousands) illegals go? After all, they have to have food and a roof.
Did they go straight to the welfare or unemployment offices to apply for funds to live? How and where will they live? How will authorities know where they are living and how they are living? Do they have to regularly report in somewhere like criminals on probation are required to do?

Dittos to all that. It’s not even about obama really. This government has shown terrorists and countries how to seize control of the united states. No one cares except us and we have no power.
Well, despite the recent election results....I do believe that we outnumber them (the radical left) by vast numbers. Obama’s drive to enact more anti-gun-ownership legislation, even BEFORE he was sworn in for his second term, is a clear indication of how radical he intends to be in his second term. His mask is coming off now and more Americans will discover who and what he really is. He will now be in turbo-drive re: implementing his leftist agenda. He “thinks” there is nothing to stop him.
When we Americans finally reach that breaking point..... America will be taken back from the radical left. I believe that fervently.
I think that Americans will be reaching that ‘breaking point’ before Obama’s second term is ended. It is fast approaching. I believe that history will be corrected from the propagandistic BS that leftists have spewed for the past several decades, whereby only the right gets blamed for everything. We will not only take back America... we will take back American media (currently worse than Pravda was in Russia). And when that happens, the truth of what this regime and these leftists have done TO America will be revealed.
Just as most cesspool states around the country have been ruled by leftist Democrats for years.....and the end result has been more deaths, more poverty, and decreased quality of life......even many low-information voters (Democrat supporters) will finally make the connection of when our economy started to tank... once the truth is finally reported. I know most here will accuse me of “just dreaming”. But I know for a fact that something’s gotta give...we can’t go on like this for much longer...and I believe that public sentiment re: this leftist agenda and the destruction it is causing will change drastically over the next few years.
Either we will be victorious or they will. I believe we will. I believe we will take back America AND our media. And when that happens, the truth will get out.
As far as Obama’s “always blame Republicans” BS.... the destruction of our economy only started AFTER the Democrats took control of both houses of Congress, in 2007, and it has gone downhill ever since, with Democrats controlling at least 2/3 of government ...as they do now. Oh sure, Bush drove up the national debt with the Iraq War. But it wasn’t ‘over the cliff and unsurmountable’ like it is NOW. In fact, Bush, with his tax cuts, brought the nation’s economy back from the 9/11 disaster to the point that economists termed it the “Goldilocks Economy”. That is....BEFORE Democrats took control in 2007.
Most Obama supporters are too stupid and dumbed down to blame the party that has been in majority control and the party that is really to blame. The ones that aren’t stupid, and know better, just choose to lie as usual.
And no, I am not leaving the Republican Party blameless here. Lord knows, with the RINO infestation they have endured, the GOP gets plenty of blame as well. But the fact is, the GOP has not been “in control” since 2007. And of course, the way Boehner and other establishment Republicans have “led”, they haven’t deserved to be in control.
We conservatives have to speak up (all of us) and let the GOP know that we won’t condone OR support their demonization, attacking or ignoring the conservative candidates any more (as they did with Sarah Palin and others). I think they’re already getting that message... since I believe most conservatives have stopped donating to the GOP at all....swearing ‘never again’.
Do we need a third party? No. We just need to “clean house” once and for all.
I think you are right, but I wonder when Americans are going to reach that point? I also will not say what I really think, about how it will be taken back.
