I’m curious to know what ammo the guy used.
And when the homeowner gets a no-billed, the matter is finished.
Where'd he get the ammo? I thought TSA had all the bullets. /sarc
I know, not nice, not "pc" to laugh at the thought of the demise of another human being. But a little dark humor once in a while...
My 90 lb lab is my alarm system. Her job is to let me know, distract whoever is coming in, and buy me the few seconds I need to pick up whatever firearm is handy. That could be any combination of 9mm or .45 with hollow points, a 12 ga with #1 buck, or the AR with my “party mix” mag of FMJ, frangible hollow points, and green tip penatrator rounds (go through everything but plate body armor)...
I just love a story with a happy ending!
(Just wait until liberals find out about "assault buckshot weapons."
We live in a nice country club neighborhood. Last week the house 3 doors down from us was burglarized during the daytime while the neighbors were at work. Sunday night at 10:45 pm the perps came back, kicked in the front door, went up the stairs and tried to get in the master bedroom while the neighbors were in there in bed watching tv.
I told them....good thing they didn’t choose our house, they would have met several bullets.
It doesn’t seem to matter where you live here anymore, no place is ‘safe’.
Sniff. A happy ending! I love them!
1. What do I do if it is more than one person.
2. Where are other members of my family and how do I protect them under different scenarios.
3. Should I try and escape my home with my family or stand and fight. Is escaping or fighting the safest course of action. Relative to fighting one must remember that if a bad guy has broken into your home he is prepared to use deadly violence on you.
4. Know your weapon, know your weapon, know your weapon and become proficient with it. If you can not load and utilize your weapon in the dark by feel only, you do not know your weapon. Practice practice practice.
5. Any action you take should increase the chances of you and your families survival. If fleeing the home increase survival chances, do it. If killing the bad guy increases survival, do it.
6. If you do kill or injure the bad guy, call 911 and request medical and police asap. Tell 911 nothing except the scene is safe, and there has been an injury due to firearms. When the police arrive for gods sake do not have a firearm visible on your person or near you. You might get shot. After you call 911, call your lawyer.
7. Inform the police that you were in fear of your life and will cooperate fully with them as soon as your lawyer speaks to you. THEN SHUT-UP and do exactly what your lawyer says.
Make damn sure you know your state's laws on the use of deadly force. What is legal in Texas could get you brought up on murder charges in New York, Chicago, Massachusetts, etc>
RTR- indeed
Use enough gun.
Good thing. Those puppies are a bear to reload for a fast followup shot.
LOL!
An Alabama man with a shotgun can probbly hit a one ounce Dove flying at 60 MPH in a high wind. Intruders should have more respect.
I have a trebuchet in my Herman Miller sheep pen .... Minute of cubical accuracy with wet paper towels ..... Soggy death from afar .....
I know, not nice, not “pc” to laugh at the thought of the demise of another human being.
If You do not enforce the Bill of Rights; WHO will?
Were your neighbors armed? Liberals? Just curious.
Don’t really know them so no clue.
