A complete and utter lie. I've written extensively on FR about the two Gibson raids. I have all of the pleadings in both forfeiture cases and the government never took that position.

Concentrate on really severe punishment for the underlings who execute his evil, even if they say they were just following orders. Obama will never be touched. Punish the underlings. Put fear in their hearts.
That is the only thing that will stop them persecuting his political opponents. Obama wants his opponents to know they are being persecuted so they will shrink back and give up before the next election. That way he can solidify his power. We must not give up. If we can't stop the heart of the persecution, we must at least stop it at the periphery.
