Rubio Can’t Cut It

Marco Rubio is likable. That likability is his chief asset. Even as he champions a wildly unpopular bill among his own base, his numbers remain high. It’s not just magic.

Rubio is everywhere. If you tune in to Univision, you can hear him promising legalization. If you watch FOX News, you’ll hear him express disappointment in his own bill, almost sounding as he might not vote for the very thing that he has staked his entire career on.

There are many Rubios. At times it seems as if there are as many Rubios as there are Obama. A flock of smiling men with neat black hair who can talk Tupac, the American dream and anything in between for as long as you want them too.

Anyone can have a Rubio and if you don’t like your Rubio, just send him back and in two to four weeks a new Rubio will arrive hoping to meet your expectations.

Who is the real Rubio? Is he the passionate conservative or a sharp Florida politician? Is he the man saying that border security comes before legalization to a conservative audience or the man saying that legalization comes before border security to an Hispanic audience?

The real Rubio isn’t likable. The real Rubio wants to be liked. The real Rubio is desperately insecure and desperate to please everyone at the same time. The real Rubio is in over his head.

A Rubio aide was quoted as saying that there are American workers who can’t cut it. That is no doubt true and Rubio is one of them. Marco Rubio moved up the ladder too fast. Too much was put on him too fast and he’s trying to juggle everything in the air without dropping his likability.

What does Marco Rubio stand for?

Anything you want him to.

The Rubio was good enough for Bill O'Reilly yesterday.

At times it seems as if there are as many Rubios as there are Obama.

That is because they love the camera.

And that is because the media elites that control the cameras and have determined that Barry and Marco are alpha celebrities.

Alpha celebrity is Orwellian doublespeak for what the Beatles called a Nowhere Man.

McCain is likeable. Romney is likeable. Likeable is for losers.

Rubio might be the biggest fraud in that picture.

Sadly Rush got sucked in by him too.

Rush got sucked in but has seen the light. rubio thinks he will have a long career acting like jon mccain, he won’t because the people are on to him early and there are actually conservatives thinking about running against him in the primaries, something that STILL doesn’t happen with that piece of human GARBAGE mccain.

Sadly, I have to agree with you. Rush has been pretty brutal on the amnesty bill, but is giving that lying sack of excrement Rubio a pass. Ruck Fubio. I am convinced McCain convinced him he has 5 1/2 years to pretend to be a conservative to get himself reelected, but I intend to contribute to any Democrat that runs against him if we can’t primary him out. These POS rinos are the real reason the party is in the shape it is.

Rubio will run as a Democrat for reelection.
Republicans won't re-elect him.
Independents won't support him.

Only Democrats would even consider voting for him.
He needs to get as many illegal aliens registered to vote as he can, to get elected to another term.

Poor puppy eyes Rubio, he will pretend to be the victim of Republican racism or political trickery, when his worthless sorry ass is kicked to the curb!
Because yeah, we all know integrity is race related, Right?

Bill O’Reilly should award himself that “Pinhead of the Week” award he is always going on about.

“Bill O’Reilly should award himself that “Pinhead of the Week” award he is always going on about.”

Just stop watching him. If his ratings should start trending down his power will diminish proportionately. When it comes to arrogance and self-aggrandizement, he has become even more so with time. But, his ratings seem to be holding as the most watched cable show. Till that changes, he's not going anywhere unless he shoots himself in the foot like Paula Dean has done. Let us pray it will be so :)

I hardly watch Fox News anymore. For that matter, I hardly watch any news anymore. If I watch the news, it will only be to watch the weather and, sometimes, breaking news.
