Rand Paul: Hillary Clinton 'Needs to Be Deposed Again' to Explain Benghazi

Susan Jones

(CNSNews.com) - Sen. Rand Paul, who famously tangled with then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at a January Senate hearing on the terror attack in Benghazi, says it's time to bring her back before Congress to answer more questions about the terror attack.

"See, the thing is, I think she needs to be deposed again," Paul told Fox News on Tuesday.

His comments came one day after former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova told a Washington radio station that the real scandal in Benghazi is the theft of 400 surface-to-air missiles by some "very ugly people." The Obama administration fears those missiles will be used to shoot down an airplane or blow up one of our embassies, he said.

"I'm concerned about surface-to-air missiles, obviously, being in the hands of Islamic radicals," Paul said, "but I'm also concerned -- was Hillary Clinton telling the truth, or was she simply saying, 'Well, maybe it's classified, maybe I won't tell the truth.'

"I don't think our public officials should come before committee and not tell the truth," Paul said.

But he said he does believe that Clinton’s “decision-making process with regard to Benghazi” should preclude her from becoming president

Indeed it should. Thanks for pointing that out. :-)

Hillary had FBI files on 900 people.

NSA has files on 300,000,000...

I have a feeling we will have to wait for the 2016 Presidential Debates so that Rand himself can interrogate Hillary.

That’s no good, it needs to be under oath.

Yeah - this time swear her in.

Yeah & what difference would that make. There aren't repercussions for libs. You know that, especially to the next crowned president by the low information voters.

"For six months leading up the attacks, they asked and they asked and they pleaded for more security, and she says, 'Oh, I never read the cables.' The problem with that is -- is that that's her job." (My emphasis)

No, that was not her job. Her job as Secretary of State, with the privilege of the "diplomatic pouch", was as bag lady for the The Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation money laundering operation.............

Paul said he has asked Rep. Darrell Issa, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, to have Clinton brought back to answer more questions, “and I hope Chairman Issa will bring her back.

If Issa was on OUR SIDE Paul wouldn’t have to pressure him to bring her back under oath.

Rand Paul told her point blank that he would have held her as derelict in her duty. I don’t think he is going to treat her kindly.

Where would you go? If there were a good alternative, I’d be packing my bags right now.

Without a better alternative, I choose to stay and fight. I fight at the voting booth. I fight the liberals with words and don’t let them get away with their lies. I fight the liberal businesses by not patronizing them (no Hollywood movies, etc.).

Australia has a much more pro-capitalism government.
This community organizer from Chicago who never ran a hot dog stand at profit is a wealth re-distributor which is opposite of creating prosperity. With 48 million on food stamps and millions more every year, this ship can not be turned around. People have discovered free stuff and they like it. It will take 40-50 years before a change of direction is possible. This has happened in every country.

Even communist China now has over one million millionaires. Russia has low level flat income tax. But it took 50 years of trickle up poverty before they made a change. I do not have 50 years to wait. I am already on Medicare.
