"I got an email from Obama's OFA asking me to tweet your office to support the President non-negotiations posture."

Over the past two days, my friends and I have noticed that our normally quiet Republican Congressmen's Facebook pages have been besieged by liberals demanding that they fund ACA and end the shutdown.

Last night, someone posted the above message on my particular Congressman's page, which explains everything.

So Obama and his OFA goons are out, spamming Republicans websites and social media pages in an intense effort to bully them into submission.

Just needed to get this out this morning about their latest tactic.

Invariably, the posted liberal talking points are always the same: "ACA is the law of the land, passed by both the House and the Senate, signed into law by the President, and confirmed by the Supreme Court. Republicans therefore have no right to interfere with it."

Here is a typical real message a liberal posted on my Congressman's Facebook page:

"The Affordable Care Act was passed by both houses of Congress, signed into law by the President, upheld by the Supreme Court, has survived some forty attempts by Republicans in the House to overturn it, and the President was re-elected since it was passed. I'm not big on Pres. Obama, but the GOP leadership, pussy-whipped by the Tea Bagger faction, are completely nuts. Fund the government, then keep trying to fight the ACA in the formerly normal fashion if you want to."

Start writing back that if it is the law of the land ...then the President has no right to issue waivers for it or change it without the legislative body. WE are either a nation or laws or we are not. Hold their feet to the fire, don’t argue about repeal, defund etc. Tell them if it is the law of the land then it means it is to be implemented as written. Which, if you listen to Boehner recently is exactly what he is demanding.

Yeah, we’ve organized a pretty good counterattack and made some headway last night. My friends are pretty smart and have been saying exactly that. I also remind the trolls that slavery and segregation was once the law of the land too. The libs don’t like to be reminded of that.

Good. I do think that our mistake on this end is arguing with too big a picture. Like the piece-meal bills going up to the Senate we need to start taking apart their talking points bit by bit and show them the flaws one small point at a time.

They can’t argue Law of the Land crap, when the President isn’t following his own law. We won’t change some of the die-hard trolls, but sooner or later some of them may start to realize the fantasy they have been fed.

What we see as obvious is not so obvious to the closed mind filled with propaganda. We have to take apart the propaganda. I am going to make an odd comparison here and it just might upset some, but we’ve had the tools to fight this Alinsky stuff in our hands the whole time. I just don’t think we realized it.

How do Christians win hearts and souls to God? Jesus spoke in small parables they could understand and led them to the bigger picture. He spoke of mustard seeds. We are up against a huge political/cultural evil. Goliath was brought down by a boy with a stone. Mustard seeds and stones of truth, this is how we’ll win back our culture.

The whole issue of odumbocare is so convoluted, a hoard of ten thousand lawyers couldn't figure it out. Trying to pick it apart one item at a time will NEVER convince the low information voters of anything, all they want is their free phones, free food and whatever else they can get free, including insurance. Reminds me of the saying, “Don't bother me with the facts, my mind is made up”.

ofay is a derogatory term for Whites used by Blacks. I’d never heard of it until last year when I mentioned OFAs & someone told me that. I thought it was South African, but I just looked it up & that wasn’t mentioned. Anyway, I was told that OFA, the acronym for Organizing For America was pronounced “ofay”. Figures.

OFAs & their tactics aren’t news to anyone involved in the 0bamacare battles on PuffHo or other sites in 2009/ 2010. They work in shifts (days/ evenings/ overnights). Watch for them.

As an aside, I came across an interesting post last night about a related topic, written by someone on the left (or at least associated with the left) wrt to Cass Sunstein. It’s some seriously creepy stuff when you start looking into it.
There’s so much more than meets the eye.
