A Buffalo, N.Y. community activist who is well known locally for pushing for a highly restrictive 2013 gun control law has been arrested for — wait for it — carrying a gun illegally at a public elementary school.

I will say this....if you live in Buffalo and travel around after dark....it might be a necessity in life to be armed. I’m not saying Buffalo is like Memphis or East Saint Louis....but it’s not exactly Provo, Utah either.
The good thing is that the system works....cops react, they arrest, and you get into trouble for violating law. If folks would only enforce laws on the books...we’d be a better society in the end.

how does an anti-gun advocate get a license to carry? Why does he need it? It takes YEARS and costs lots of money to get a carry license in NY..

You mean like trying to walk into the Dept, of Just Us offices and getting told to show ID while the turds inside complain about Voter ID being “racsis” ?
