The co-founder of the U.S. anti-war group Code Pink says that she was detained at Cairo International Airport, placed in a jail cell and had her arm broken when she was roughed up by Egyptian security forces Monday night.

Her arm was broken from the stampede of Egyptian security forces, when they were told, that, one of them, was going to have to perform a strip search and full body cavity search on her.

I watch a TV channel called MeTv which shows old TV shows but apparently is owned by an ABC affiliate. Sometimes, I see ads related to nauseating daytime talk shows (Kelly Ripa for instance) or current TV shows. Last night, I was subjected to a “highlight” of a show with a chick pounding the face of a man as she was on top of him. How many of these shows exist or have in recent years? Women pounding men. I saw one where a talk show host (Jimmy Kimmel or that Fallon guy, I get the two mixed up) where a woman slapped his face during an appearance. Who considers this to be entertainment.
Look on the bright side, Ms Benjamin: you should be happy that your head is still attached to your body. Or that your brain, whatever small amount there might be inside your thick skull, was not blown apart by a bullet.

They are all lucky the Egyptian police didn’t throw them in jail and cut their heads off..I wish they had of kept them there in jail..Obama would not do anything about it he is a sissy..
Not sure about now, but Egyptian prisons in the past were manned by local police whose training was ... suspect.
These jailers were *NOT* Egyptian Security Forces.
Why she flew into Cairo to take the overland route to Gaza is suspicious. Egypt (not Israel) has closed the border to almost everyone that is not a local.
What did she do that made them arrest her and deport her?
Also, does anyone really think that Egyptian jailers wouldn't take a cell phone from a prisoner before tossing her in the clink?
The pictures prove nothing except that she found a fairly clean room in Cairo.

She was going to Gaza to stir up the natives. They should have taken her there, dropped her off. From 30,000 feet.

The arrogance of Americans who go overseas to protest astounds me. I wish this woman no harm, and if she’s telling the truth about the broken arm it will be a sad consequence.
Perhaps she is brave, perhaps ridicoluosly foolish. Regardless, it is less than Christian to revel in brutal treatment. I’m no fan of CodeStink. I disagree with their political agenda. I don’t hate them.
