House Speaker John Boehner has officially chosen Rep. Trey Gowdy to lead the congressional hearings on the terror attacks that left four Americans dead in Benghazi, Libya.
Boehner’s office sent out this tweet and explained why Gowdy was tapped:

Every time I have seen Trey Gowdy, I have been extremely impressed. A former prosecutor, he will definitely ask the right questions. Considering all the lying, cover-your-ass types who will be giving testimony, he may not get to the truth, but I am confident that if anyone can do it, he can.
Here’s hoping Trey hasn’t used the N-word in the past thirty years.
His hair is definitely “interesting” .... but when he starts to speak and that ‘booming’ voice comes out of his skinny frame, it makes quite a contrast. He can be positively withering in his questioning/comments and I’m sure the Left is about hysterical that he was chosen (a stick poke to Obama’s eye via Boehner!). Time for Hillary to get another bump on the head because after Trey’s comments last night, he’ll have her at the top of his list to question .... and he won’t be put off by a Hillary temper tantrum AND he’ll have an answer if she pulls the “what difference does it make” routine on him.

Perhaps his upcoming primary has something to do with that. We’ll see what authority the committee retains after the primary.
LOL, I love this guy. And, I like his hairdo, it certainly makes him distinctive. Can’t wait to hear him question these people. What a SHARP individual, I wish there were more like him.

Gowdy knows that if he does well in this assignment that he is on the fast track to HIGH elective office. I pray that he does well., haircut notwithstanding.
I read somewhere that God’s busy, so He sent Trey Gowdy to take on Obama.
