A student is suing Occidental College in Los Angeles for expelling him after a female student allegedly sent text messages indicating she had wanted to have sex, arranged for a rendezvous, then one week later accused him of sexual assault.
The case is the latest to follow the Obama administrations new effort to crack down on campus rape.
The plaintiff, who filed anonymously as John Doe, said the female student texted him asking if he had a condom, informed a friend she was goingtohave sex (sic) and coordinated a route to his dorm.
Police investigated and decided not to prosecute, but the male student was expelled, because of pressure from the federal government to take action on sexual assault, according to the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, which is working on the case.

Yes I will...
This entire campus rape thing is being orchestrated as part of the War on Women theme designed to get their vote out in the next election.
So is a lot of this “sex trafficking” thing. They’ve twisted things so much that the prostitute is now the victim.
Every year before the Super Bowl, the media will report crazy made up numbers of prostitutes heading to that town for Super Bowl week. It’s to make men look bad and there is a certain amount of funding the clowns that run such groups receive from the GOVERNMENT.
Who could be against fighting “sex trafficking?” No one. That’s how they get a blank check from our government and receive millions in donations. Liberals and feminists hear there are 80,000,000 women victims of sex trafficking going to be at the Super Bowl and they all send in their donations without even questioning the numbers.
This is the master strategic stroke that will finally deliver the young, single college female vote to the democrats!
Let’s say hooking up results in a pregnancy and the woman decides to keep the child. The hooking up is morally wrong, but keeping the child is morally right. Nevertheless, the man better be prepared to be on the hook so to speak for two decades as a result of that hook up. The risks are many and longstanding, the pleasures are short and few.
I take issue with many modern churches who no longer talk about fornication. Christian parents who tell their children to not marry and wait until they’ve finished college and have a good job, are often complicit. With people waiting till nearly 30 to marry these days, what’s the odds of remaining pure? I say it’s far better to marry.
I don’t doubt that many women do regret hooking up after the fact. It’s a shame that when feminists spoke about equality, it was actually about women taking on the worst traits of men. Women are not men of course. There are all sorts of differences beyond the obvious physical traits.
Solomon repeatedly, sternly, passionately taught his son to stay away from what he called the Strange Woman in Proverbs.
We never learn.
A good rule of thumb is even if you're going to wait for marriage, avoid dating a woman who would kill your child. That leaves out all Democrats and a large portion of the rest.
Yet you wonder why they don't listen.
Wonderful message but one soundly repudiated by the American people.
Like I have said. In sexual harassment situations, the guy is guilty until proven guilty. He is always in the wrong, and has no defense.
(But there is something he can do. He can claim to be gay, or in process of “gender reassignment” and he gets instant sympathy)
Of course, we have extreme fundies who will take that scripture to mean unchaste young men will eternally burn in hell. The definition of burn, however, is the much more fundamental burning desire of young man to insert his penis into the vagina of a young woman, however. This is an act which not only ensures perpetuation of the species, but it brings a committed couple closer, rather than feeling "used."
It is much better to cross that bridge after you are married to the woman worth spending your life with. This is the true meaning of the Apostle Paul's warning and it makes good sense.
The families of young men need to boycott these schools...
“May as well get laid since youre going to be paying for it anyway.”
As the father of two lovely daughters this comment, as well as others on this thread, disgust me.
This type of phenomenon is why so many men who could get all the chicks they wanted (like pro atheletes) prefer to pay for sex. I can’t recall the individual but someone once asked a certain pro ballplayer why he paid for protitutes when he could get any girl he want. He answered, “I’m not paying for the sex, I’m paying for them to leave and stay quiet when we’re finished”
Mark Steyn coined a beautiful phrase for liberal actions, which can be applied here: "Preemptive cringing".
“This entire campus rape thing is being orchestrated as part of the War on Women theme designed to get their vote out in the next election.”
Maybe it is war on white people to keep them from breeding. College is populated disproportionaltely by whites and asians with fewer blacks and hispanics.
If she agreed to have sex, why was the matter later investigated by the police? What caused them to get involved?
When the Japanese finally perfect the long imagined ‘sexbots’ the feministas are going to be awfully lonely. And the attempts at ‘robot rights’ and ‘sexual exploitation of technology’ arguments which are sure to come will not help their cause. Gonna be a big dip in population too.
See Frank Zappa’s “Joe’s Garage” ‘Sy Borg’ and the First Church of Appliantology for details.
I say that partly, but not completely in jest.
Guys, stay away from girls like this. Stay away from situations which can get you in trouble.
Not defending the girls charging rape, but, just pointing out, in todays politically correct world, the man can be charged with sexual crimes and assault, even if everything was done by consenting adults.
Excellent advice.
