Gateway Pundit ^ | 6/26/14 | Jim Hoft

The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

The only runoff item was GOP Senate. Here's the sample ballot from Pearl River County.

In the copy of the Democratic voters who voted twice, there is an i.d. number/barcode listed beside each name. One would think the ballot they were handed had the same barcode. You wouldn’t need a name if you could match a ballot number to a name.

They do where I vote. Each paper ballot is linked to the voter who cast it.

Sounds like they competely undermine the secrecy of the ballot where you vote. Interesting. Must make it easy for those wanting to buy votes, as you can make sure your money was well spent.

I think he has already made that decision.
If the MS GOP group denies an audit, they will be voted out and replaced.

McDaniel may not win this fight, but this fight will expose corrupt
GOP officials in MS. And that will lead to them being replaced or
at the very least exposed for all to see.

The illegal voting should be prosecuted anyway. Those bar codes next to the names of the cheaters are pretty conclusive and damming. And a few dozen prosecutions should help keep their elections honest for a couple decades? Maybe even a few county clerks who were dropping those double-dim-votes into the hoppers?

Doesn’t it seem to you that the Cochran campaign would only have approached those Dems who HAD NOT voted in the Dem Primary to come out to vote. Pretty dumb — unless they just advertised a blanket “come out and vote” decree. (Similar to O’s immigration policy I guess)

The poll workers were working for CONNIE COCHRAN! THIS STINKS!

Oh yes, without a doubt. Reeks to the highest order.

I'd be interested in knowing if there is any provision of MS law that allows for the run-off election to be nullified. If there isn't a specific provision for it, and a mechanism to invoke it, it won't happen.

I encourage EVERYONE to go to this website link. It has a photograph SHOWING voter fraud, where they voted in the rat primary then voted AGAIN!

Is it racist to not let folks vote twice?

I would highly recommend Tea Party groups mobilize to mob the court and demand they issue an emergency decree.

Really? Wow! We have paid, trained election staff with an election commissioner of each party that must show up when called at any election. Yes, NY spends a lot, but in voting, as bad as it’s gotten, I think it’s worth it.

Our problem is as a state we’ve gone off the rails blue. Mostly all legal, but NYC votes Dem. Local elections are much more red.

Linking a ballot to the voter would be illegal. Annotating that the ballot passed eligibility requirements would seem more likely IMHO.

Let’s take a look at the numbers.
This page has 3 illegal votes out of 12 entries, which equal 25%

35,000 Rats voted in this runoff.

If each voter record page averaged 3 illegal votes per page min
that would equal 8700 illegal votes.

Cochran only won by 6000 votes.

No because some of their ads were aimed at black voters who were being told that the Tea Party was trying to prevent blacks from voting. So, it would make sense to try to get out voters that you thought would vote rather than just target ones that didn’t bother to show up for the adem primary. It suggests to me that there was an intent to get people to vote illegally and take advantage of those who didn’t understand that it was illegal.

Please show me where I said to certify the vote?
I want it NEVER to be certified. I’m just used to disappointments with the little Conservative sites. Yes there is plenty of evidence now rush-levin-hannity etc all move on it!

Perhaps. Not the way it works here in my part of Texas. Once you've checked in with the poll workers, (there are barcodes and stuff on the pages you sign in with as well - I imagine it is for making post-election tabulation of who voted easier),  there is a fan of ballots on the table. You pick up one at random and go vote.

I e:mailed the secretary of state of MS ,, asked at what point he would refuse to certify the results...

There are more R’s than D’s. If every R in the state realizes that they’re gonna lose this seat for the R’s if they push this crook and these criminals means, maybe the R’s will turn out in great numbers to do the right thing.
