3 Weeks ago, Scott Biumi plead guilty to assault. According to Forsythe News, he was sentenced to 10 years on probation for pointing a gun at teenagers in the drive-through line at a south Forsyth McDonald’s.
Scott Biumi, 48, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault stemming from the April 9 incident at the fast-food eatery on Old Atlanta Road.

The cop came from in front of the teen’s car. How was the teen holding him up if he was in front of the teen? If he did this to one of my grandsons, I’d find him and beat him senseless with my oversized purse.
I mean, I can easily imagine him stuck behind a couple of stoners taking half their lives to order, but even in that case, you’re really not allowed to do that, Eugene.
And, the kids in the truck would have world of hurt brought on them.
Why are low-level cops called “officers”? They use military names for their positions, but you never hear of them being called privates. Is it because they are so special and superior?
The average cop is a bit of a psychopath. Does it emanate from the dooshes he has to deal with everyday? I don’t know.
When it comes to domestic violence, LEO families experience it 2 - 4 time more than the general public.
Steroids? Audie Murphy wannabees? Just don’t know.
They’re predators, just like the scumbags they’re supposed to protect us from.
But I avoid any interaction with them.
This cop didn’t just “over-react”, he pointed the gun at the wrong person. If the food is taking too long, what does the person in line in front of you have to do with that?
It wasn’t just extreme abuse of police power, it was extreme stupidity. And extreme stupidity on the part of the reporters for not figuring that part out themselves.

I don’t think all LEO’s are predators, etc. Am I concerned about the increasing police state in the US? Absolutely. The hammer needs to come down hard on cops who do crap like this. They need to be weeded out.
Either way, the Chief/Sheriff needs to go too.
An lower-ranking officer acts like a whack-job and the head of the department should be fired? Only if he encourages or covers-up such behavior.
Somebody has to be responsible for selection/hiring and training and discipline. If the boss had any honor he'd resign.
I entered his name in a search engine and discovered that he is banned from law enforcement employment for life and forbidden ever to own a gun. You can, too.
