People receiving food stamps have to pass drug tests or meet work requirements to receive taxpayer dollars, Sanchez reasoned, so it’s only fair that those “lucky” enough to inherit wealth should have to do something to earn it or, in this case, pay a tax.

Has anyone thought of youngsters' weed money accounting for loss of Capital in our system?It goes overseas, or to domestic criminal enterprise, because it's illegal - and $40,000,000,000 a year is spent enforcing that law. Legalization would reclaim all that capital.

Well, being an inquisitive old lady, I had to do that. I had to go several definitions down the page before I got to anything that would tie in with the TV commercials that use that phrase - credit score etc. Now I know. Should I thank you? I won’t have to sit anymore and say, “What the dickens does that mean” so I will say thanks.
