NBC’s Andrea Mitchell reviewed Hillary Clinton‘s 2016 kickoff yesterday. Calling into her own MSNBC show today, guest-hosted by Luke Russert, Mitchell said Clinton’s going to have to start defining who she is and what she stands for.
Clinton’s introductory video focused around American families and domestic policy, and did not exactly touch on foreign policy. The reason for this, Mitchell said, is because there were “a lot of missteps there” in the Obama administration while she was Secretary of State.
Mitchell cited the rise of ISIS, the toppling of Middle Eastern leaders not working out, several failed states, and the controversy over the Iran nuclear negotiations. She said there isn’t a whole lot to look at.”
