Part of it is an attitude (ironically) of blind vengeance.

Got to get mad at someone, anyone. You can hurt more people in a certain way, then do that.

And lest we gloat, it is carrying over to “conservatives” too as they allow God to get more distant from them. In many issues. We really could all look in a mirror.

It’s the infamous Ernie Chambers. He’s technically an “Independent”, but he’s really a Black Racial Supremacist and Communist. He’s from the slummy part of Omaha.

They just had a female cop murdered last week. What’s wrong with these idiots?

Oh knew it was either Lincoln or Omaha. I guess Omaha is more trashy than Lincoln.

I am not an expert on NB politics.

But I was wondering if they have a ballot initiative system like we have here in CA where the voters could restore capital punishment by way of a ballot initiative amending the state constitution.

I can live without the death penalty, provided the substitute punishment makes the criminal WISH for death. See my FReeper profile for a modest proposal.

This is really a victory for the late George W. Norris, NE’s former old-time strong man.

"Liberals celebrate the end of capital punishment and also celebrate the murder of unborn babies. I really don’t understand liberal logic."

I am no supporter of the death penalty, because I am pro-life. When Ernie stands up and has the unmitigated GALL to say something like “We got the state out of the killing business today....”

Oh really??? That just frosts me....I guess maybe Ernie will also demand we stop the abortions/killings that occur ever month. Are not these baby murderers like Planned Parenthood (what an oxymoron) getting money from the "state" to do THEIR killings?? I bet they are killing more than one every 15 years too.

But, you're right, just more liberal logic I guess.

Well, Omaha does have a Republican Mayor. They’re not really bad places compared to other cities. Of course, I’ve never set foot in Nebraska (though hope to before long).

NB is New Brunswick. NE is Nebraska.

Thanks for the correction.

Wondering though if you or anyone else has the answer to my question.
