We are shifting away from science and into the realm of religious fanaticism, where the followers of the creed, brimming with self-righteous fury, believe that they are in possession of a higher truth.

Global Warming is the liberal’s religion but they call it science and treat it like a government mandate.
Islam claims to be a religion but it is really a political system.

I believe in climate change. the climate hs been changing constantly from the moment the Earth was formed and will continue to do so for its entire existence.

This is the correct answer. Atheism appears to reach the level of a “spiritual devotion” in the zealousness of it’s adherents, but environmentalism is about political power & nothing else.
(I’m going to resist the temptation to compare certain religious movements with environmentalism. I’ll just say that the irony is really rich.)
