'Bring your guns and come': Militiamen including Cliven Bundy's three sons take over

A group of militiamen on Saturday occupied the headquarters of a national wildlife refuge in Oregon in support of two brothers who are slated to report to prison on Monday on arson charges - and the protesters don't plan on leaving any time soon, saying it's 'kill or be killed' time.

Militia members claimed to have as many as 150 supporters with them at the Malheur National Wildlife refuge building in Princeton, which is federal property managed by the US Fish and Wildlife Service that was closed for the holiday weekend.

They later rescinded the number and said they would not disclose how many people were in the building, because of 'operational security'. Local reporters have said that there only appears to be a dozen cars outside of the building.

'We're planning on staying here for years, absolutely,' Ammon Bundy, one of the occupiers, told the Oregonian via telephone. ‘This is not a decision we've made at the last minute.'

Ammon Bundy and his brother Ryan, who is another occupier, are the sons of of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who was involved in a 2014 standoff with the government over grazing rights.

The occupation came shortly after 300 marchers paraded through Burns, Oregon, about 50 miles away, to protest at the prosecution of father and son Harney County ranchers Dwight Hammond Jr and Steven Hammond, who were ordered returned to prison by a federal court which ruled their original sentences were insufficient.

In total our ranch is 42 square miles and we don’t burn anything until all necessary precautions are taken. Fire fighting crews are brought in, neighbors are given notice and we damn sure don’t do it when a burn ban is in place. We don’t lease or lease out any land so we don’t have any leasing contracts to control what we do for just this reason. They lied about the first fire used to cover up a crime scene and then violated a burn ban put in place to protect crews who were already fighting fires in close proximity. Sorry but I can’t dig up much compassion for this bunch other than I don’t like the double sentencing for the crimes they were convicted of.

If they’re serious, the last thing they need to be doing is holing themselves up in some building where they can be easily surrounded.

Just sayin’.

When you lease land you have to play by their rules and many of the ranchers leasing BLM seem to forget that. I haven’t seen the contract but if it’s like most it’s surface only and any and all work done on the land must be approved by the owner. Leasing land is like renting a house, you don’t own it you don’t control it and you never will. Don’t lease from the BLM.

When we have a “justice” system which punishes Virtue and rewards Vice (Marxism/welfare(slavery)/sodomy (satanism)—like we have since before the “abortion” “laws” and evil Justice Holmes took Virtue out of our “Justice” system-——you have a Vice System that CRIES to be disobeyed. (True masculine males will have to step forward eventually—or submit to slavery).

Without Just Law, chaos is inevitable-—it is what the Cultural Marxist takeover in the 30s was all about-—to create hate and division and take down EVERYONE who wants to be Free of tyranny (the Real Masculine Males).

PS-—that is why the hyper-sexualization of our children in Common Core/Goals 2000/by the Hollywood sodomite rapers of the Corey boys—to destroy Virtue formation in males particularly, and destroy the maternal instincts in females (to make them kill their own genetic offspring), to program puerility and passivity and dependence in our little boys who will be so warped and confused they will think they are boys in girl’s bodies.....It is for the destruction of Reason and Natural Law and God’s Law (Our Constitution and Individualism/thinking outside the allowed box of the Marxists)-—to create addicted, fixated, ignorant, puerile males who cower in corners and refuse to fight for freedom.

It is for the “happy slavery” wet dream of Fichte and the Wundtian-Malthusians who devised the system (Leviathan) for the NWO——so that the elites can have any emasculated pretty little boy they desire, just like the Afghani boy harems, and they can kill off the useless eaters

-—and no “Natural” emotions will exist (everyone is programmed on artificial screens/in artificial institutions of group think away from the Natural Family).

The immoral programmed bots would embrace slavery and killing of the useless old and babies for the Ba’al worship orgies of the Satanists elites (sodomites). Most of history has been of SOCIALIST and slave societies-—NO Individual Natural Rights from God. That brilliant USA concept was unique in history and the Marxists need the Constitution removed completely-—and that is the goal here-—to destroy more of the mature, masculine mindset that would DIE for Freedom. They have been ridding the boys of the “Davy Crockett” mindset for 100 years to get narcissistic, puerile, self-mutilating Jenners-—so they can collapse civilization and move us into slavery again-—like all other godless cultures.

Check out the whole backstory at http://theconservativetreehous.com.

That area has been settled by ranchers since the 1870s, and they created an irrigation system that resulted in an increase in wildlife population. The BLM then took over most of the surrounding ranches and pressured the remaining to sell by interfering with water rights and land access to remote parts of the Hammond ranch. This is a clear case of Federal tyranny. The first judge refused to impose the mandatory sentence, and these men were re-sentenced as a result.

We all need to go to the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge! This has got to stop!!

The BLM also has responsibilities, under these leases. I’m betting the BLM did not do hold up their end of the contract - to wit, maintain and improve the graze on the “lease”. The enabling legislation for this program dictates it.

The BLM often sets up no-win scenarios - such as: “we are going to cut your AUMs by 1/3 because the grazing has deteriorated. No, we will not allow you to improve the range, but we will fine you for not improving it.”

Remember the BLM took control of these lands under the condition that they maintain and improve the range for grazing. If they aren’t doing that, they have no right to control that land any longer.

The options in that part of the country for most ranchers are: lease from the BLM, lease from the Forest Service or go out of business and lose your ranch.

These are not really leases, they are permits. According to enabling legislation, the fees paid are supposed to be for range management; but the feds do very little of that.

I'm betting the BLM did not do hold up their end of the contract - to wit, maintain and improve the graze on the "lease".

Do you have evidence of that or is it just speculation?

The BLM often sets up no-win scenarios - such as: "we are going to cut your AUMs by 1/3 because the grazing has deteriorated. No, we will not allow you to improve the range, but we will fine you for not improving it."

Nobody's range was cut here. The Hammonds lit fires, either to burn off invasive vegetation (their story) or the cover an illegal deer hunt (fed story). Regardless of the reason the fire got out of control and endangered the safety of some firefighters who were battling another wildfire. They were charged and convicted. I don't see where BLM action or inaction enters into it.

Remember the BLM took control of these lands under the condition that they maintain and improve the range for grazing. If they aren’t doing that, they have no right to control that land any longer.

The BLM took control of the land because they are federal lands and the BLM is the agency in charge of managing them. In none of the stories I've read did the Hammonds, or anyone else, claim they were being denied grazing rights. So if I've missed something then please enlighten me.

Took over the ranches or purchased the ranches? If I remember correctly they were sold.

Unless were looking at the contract between the BLM and the ranchers we can only speculate. Were I to lease a part of our ranch I’m under no obligation for improvements. Not only that but your not doing anything other than running the amount of cows we agree on. If you don’t control the head count a leaser will over graze one quick then just move to another ranch when his lease runs out. If you don’t like the rules don’t lease.

It’s not their land, if they don’t like the rules don’t lease.

I’ve yet to see the contract between him and the BLM so most of what people are say is speculation. I also find it hard to believe that the BLM has left themselves obligated to improve grazing, as a rancher I’d never do that.

“”Hey look! An apologist for Fedzilla!

Hey look a little twit behind a computer!

We’ve been ranching in West Texas for over 100 years on this place and at one time had a total of 99 square miles of ranch before our great Grandmother died and split it up between the family. This is property rights and contracts something you should be defending not trying to take away.

Mike Vanderboegh at Sipsey Street Irregulars has the correct take on this, IMHO.

Perfect timing for the regime. Federal provocateurs, sociopaths and idiots with a John Brown complex are writing checks that they expect the rest of us to cash in our blood.

I was first apprised of this a few minutes ago by folks on the ground out in Oregon. They report that Payne, Ritzheimer and every other “tiger-talking” fruit, nut and federal provocateur previously identified from the Bundy standoff were now in possession of the building and daring the Feds to do anything about it. My initial reaction was to observe that at least afterward we’ll know who the federal snitches are because they will be the only ones who survive the raid to take back the building. My understanding is that this premeditated action has been condemned by the Oregon Three Percenters and other groups but the fact of the matter is that these people are writing checks that they expect the rest of us to cash in our blood. And the Hammonds themselves are disavowing this action in the strongest terms.

For the regime, this could not come at a better time. The old Roman adage “cui bono” applies here. There is nothing on the talking heads channels as yet, but by Monday, when Obama meets with his Attorney General on the subject of citizen disarmament, you can bet the farm that this will play right into that narrative. Perfect timing. You’ve got to give the federal handlers of these pukes credit. This is precisely the sort of offensive action on the part of the “militia terrorists” that they needed.

A Threeper source on the ground relates:

“The stupid has gone so far that I don’t know if it can come back. These f-cking morons have no idea what they’ve done. The sheriff has retreated to a ‘staging area’. These guys are about to get obliterated. MSM just picked it up outside local area. It’s now regional (San Fran etc.)”

LATER: Another source says that the Feds are staging, bringing in various SRTs. This is just beginning.

I’ll have updates as I get them, but for now it looks like 2016 is going to start out with a huge propaganda victory for the regime.

http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com/2016/01/perfect-timing-for-regime-federal.html

My take: A federal provocateur is leading a band of lunatics, trying to nudge them into a situation where one of the loons will snipe a LEO or FLEA. Then the MSM will brand every patriot, RKBA advocate, threeper etc as a “militia murderer.” Please don’t fall for this transparent charade. Don’t be a fool or a patsy. Don’t be “Jimmy Shifflett” in this dangerous game.

The back channel chatter I am hearing indicates that this operation is intended to become Obama’s ‘Enemies Foreign And Domestic” moment. Instead of a contrived stadium massacre by a “militia nut” patsy, it is going to be a battle royale by “militia murderers” against the heroic LEOs and FLEAs. This is intended to result in dead LEOs and FLEAs, leading to draconian anti-RKBA executive orders by Obama. Please, folks, don’t be a fracking MORON. Don’t be JIMMY SHIFFLETT. Don’t be a TOOL for Obama and his gun grabbing plans.
