Regrouping
JANUARY 22, 2016 ~ CONSISTENTCONSERVATIVES
This is an emergency means for us to keep in touch with our FRiends, who are real Conservatives, in case of purging. Or, if there is no purging, do we really want to continue our discussions in the forum where the owner despises us for not supporting his non-Conservative candidate?
My purpose is to figure out what to do to continue our discussions to advance Conservatism.
I saw those posits to BFAC on more than one thread. And like you THE BUTTON was worn out. Lol
Of course, I would have swallowed my pride and supported either Rubio or Bush had they defeated Cruz but I do not believe they stood a chance against the corrupt Clinton crime syndicate and their lapdog media.
Along comes Trump who obliterated the media and is currently putting the pressure on the authorities to do the right thing and get HRC indicted, maybe even tried and I pray, possibly jailed. At least he is trying where I believe no one else would have even gone.
He has been instrumental in bringing her criminal husband back before the court of public opinion where he is losing and this too is having an effect on her campaign.
He has shut the mouth up of the rapist and forced the enabler to issue her New Years resolution to not talk about Trump effectively shutting her mouth up as well. Who else could have done that? Who else would have done that?
I believe he will rebuild our military, really support our troops and veterans and secure our country as best he can. I really do believe he will make our country great again.
I now believe we have a chance of defeating the Democrats and putting our great country back on track. I support both Cruz and Trump but I believe only one of them has a chance of actually winning and there can be only one winner. I believe it will be Trump.
I also support the winning combination of JR/FR.
It doesn’t bother me whether someone says they will or won’t vote for Trump or Cruz if they had to. Nobody can really prove it anyway.
But it’s the constant refrain from the Cruzers that we are just so dumb for liking Trump. Why can’t they just deal with people having opposing thoughts? If they really care so much about conservatism as they obviously want everyone to think than they should understand that some of us see that the country is in so deep a hole that we will have NOTHING if we insist on having EVERYTHING.

Time will tell. I’m pretty disgusted with the word “Cruz” right about now.
Flip that around. How many times have Cruz supporters been called names? Trashed personally and politically for supporting anyone but Trump?
You know who a perfect example of this is? Cincinatus’ Wife. The vitriol that is lobbed her direction every single day is disgusting.
When I see Zombie accounts reanimating, I know something is very wrong.
When I see sleeper accounts coming to life repeating the same memes, I know something is wrong.
When I know of at least two Cruz bundlers on this boarded promoting their candidate and spamming, I know something is wrong.
When I see posters posting non-stop for over 24 hours and taking holidays off, I know something is wrong.
When I see the same core of posters posting the same memes that have been proven wrong, over and over again, I know something is wrong.
You did the right thing and it immediately started bring back some sanity.
All it took was 14 very bad apples a couple of weeks ago to turn this place upside down.
I caught a sleeper or zombie poster this week—had not posted for 9.5 years and put up 29 posts in one day—all anti-Trump...
A poll posted to Breaking News front page (sticky if you will) that was positive to Trump, had in the title...”Cruz is going down” and it was allowed to remain
Also 2 polls in Iowa that came out the same day as the CNN poll, were given short shrift and bumped off the front page awfully quick... the CNN poll only came out a couple hours after

When I first clicked on a couple of your sites I thought the white supremist had invaded FR. Yes I contacted Jim and yes it wee toned down. But not by much. You have my utmost respect man for not responding to their disrespectful, embarrassing behavior.

I don’t care about the personal lives of anyone on FR either. You tagged me earlier first, it was not the other way around.
And, people should respond with what they believe to be the truth concerning the message (the article), and not attack the messenger. That’s childish and disingenuous.
Conservative sites...the more the merrier, I say. However, what in the world makes them think a wordpress blog is the way to go? I wouldn’t sign up with wp to claim a grand prize. Zetaboards.com is free and much, much friendlier.

It is now attached to the word “Beck”, now. Really turns me off. I have soured on Beck for a while. And reading his history in radio and what Breitbart revealed about him....boy, I’m awake. I can’t believe I was so naive. I’m pretty cynical to begin with.
It's the "grass is greener on the other side" syndrome. But they will find that there is no way to establish an internet discussion forum in which all members are in 100% agreement with each other. Eventually, rifts will develop and feelings will be hurt and you will have the same periods of division that we see around here from time to time.
I'm a Trump supporter so I guess I'm one of the bad guys according to the faction over at the "Consistent Conservatives" site. But I would happily vote for Cruz should he beat out Trump for the nomination.
Like you say, GO TRUMP, GO CRUZ. Either way we win, they lose (the establishment GOPe).
I will be happy with either outcome provided that the one who wins the nomination also wins the general election and actually becomes president. It happens that I believe that Trump has the best chance to prevail in the general and also is the more likely to bring substantial change to politics as usual. But I might be wrong. Just like I was wrong earlier today when I projected the Patriots beating the Broncos. If Cruz gets the nomination and then wins the presidency, I'll probably be one of the happiest people here.
I took a look at that other thread (on that CC website) and they aren't all bad people. Some of them are good Freepers that I would welcome back. My suggestion to them is to get a thicker skin and not take so personally the banter that goes on around here.
Right now Trump and Cruz are battling it out and you'd think they were mortal enemies. But once one of them wins and the dust settles, I think they will eventually work together on the same team. I'm hoping the same will eventually occur with this situation as well.
