JANUARY 22, 2016 ~ CONSISTENTCONSERVATIVES
This is an emergency means for us to keep in touch with our FRiends, who are real Conservatives, in case of purging. Or, if there is no purging, do we really want to continue our discussions in the forum where the owner despises us for not supporting his non-Conservative candidate?
My purpose is to figure out what to do to continue our discussions to advance Conservatism.

If conservatism is about anything other than freedom, individual, political, and economic, I’m not interested.

In my humble opinion, JR needs to have whoever does the mod-work put some bigtime clamps on - two sides bigtime PO'd at each other don't help the overall cause one iota. FR really has become Run Amok City.

What?..... Are you really saying that as posters on this site we are required to only post favorable information regarding your candidate.......that to do otherwise is taking advantage of you and the owner?????.......Further that I should walk away?......
Is what you want for this site is to be simply a cheer leading site for your candidate of choice only? I was under the impression FR is in part a place where information is shared in elections, that candidates are vetted and it’s up to the individuals what they choose and who to support or not.
The last I took note there are still 5 candidates running in this Primary not one. That we ares till free to determine what is accurate information or not......if you disagree with that information then show your post as revealing otherwise or why you disagree...and we can go from there....but it’s obvious that was not your intent but something else all together.
Your post, imo is exactly what is causing posters to be pushed back into a corner.....and no longer welcomed here. Was that indeed your intention?
I don’t know, but my opinion on that will probably firm up a tad after our candidate has been selected. It’s going to be our guy against the godless, America-hating dhimmiecrat.

I suggest we each find 10 conservatives and convince them to sign up at FR to replace these children who have left in their vile pout. There are millions of conservatives out there, tell some about FR and let’s make this place grow.

Well, if conservatives stay home if Trump is elected, it just proves that the conservative movement is not really a movement.
It is a minority faction that is irrelevant.
And we can hardly criticize RINOs if they stay home becaus LIL Jebbie did not win.
Either way we lose.
Poll are showing Trump picking up 20% of blue collar Reagan Democrats if he wins. That means we win states like NJ and Pa and all of the purple states. In effect it is a possible LANDSLIDE.
Elections are about winning...not crying all the way home so you can cry some more.
Walking away at this critical juncture will kill the Conservative movement. It will not help it.
There will be 3 Supreme Court Justices appointed by the next President. That is the reality. If conservatives are in the Trump or Cruz movement and either wins, we need to be part of it and influence Trump or Cruz on those picks.
I don't know, you tell me..........There were certainly a large number of folks who DID vote in 2012 who are no longer around while those who proudly claimed they stayed home due to "principle" are still active and blaming the 60,934,407 (47.15%) citizens who voted against Obama for his election........

I voted for Mitt Romney and my only regret isn’t doing more than simply voting for him. I took advantage of the kindness of others, thinking they’d do the heavy lifting.
