Hospitals should not release private records. I know the crime is abhorrent but we can not expect them to release our medical records.
This article says the two older boys have moved out, but the youngest one, that apparently did the most, is still next door, and his family is intimidating the victim’s family. Also, one of the older boys had used the same knife assaulting another girl two weeks earlier, but the mother dropped charges due to fear.

Medical records release is SOP and governed by law. We do it dozens of times a day, everyone knows the rules. No one can interfere or interrupt the process.
If my hospital president ordered a clerk to break the law, he would be fired.
The governing law says records shall be released to the parents of a minor child upon request.
They weren’t.

Sometimes Dad has to send mom and the kids to stay with a friend or kin while he takes care of business. He’ll die, but his daughter will grow up knowing that her dad loved her more than life and all those who made her life and her families life a living hell are in hell.

When I see photos like that.... The things I “want” to say are - technically speaking - against the law. So I don’t say them. But ohhhh maaaannn... do I think them.
These are troubling times. I feel so sorry for the little girl and so angry at how Obama and Congress has enabled this rapeband other sickening acts of violence.
