Notwithstanding his war-hero son’s genuinely patriotic example, Khizr M. Khan has published papers supporting the supremacy of Islamic law over “man-made” Western law — including the very Constitution he championed in his Democratic National Convention speech attacking GOP presidential nod Donald Trump.
In 1983, for example, Khan wrote a glowing review of a book compiled from a seminar held in Kuwait called “Human Rights In Islam” in which he singles out for praise the keynote address of fellow Pakistani Allah K. Brohi, a pro-jihad Islamic jurist who was one of the closest advisers to late Pakistani dictator Gen. Zia ul-Haq, the father of the Taliban movement.
Khan speaks admiringly of Brohi’s interpretation of human rights, even though it included the right to kill and mutilate those who violate Islamic laws and even the right of men to “beat” wives who act “unseemly.”
As Pakistani minister of law and religious affairs, Brohi helped create hundreds of jihadi incubators called madrassas and restored Sharia punishments, such as amputations for theft and demands that rape victims produce four male witnesses or face adultery charges. He also made insulting the Muslim prophet Muhammad a crime punishable by death. To speed the Islamization of Pakistan, he and Zia issued a law that required judges to consult mullahs on every judicial decision for Sharia compliance.
Khan, who says he immigrated to the U.S. in 1980 to escape Pakistan’s “military rule,” nonetheless spoke admiringly of Brohi in his review of his speech. He praised his remarks even though Brohi advocated for the enforcement of the medieval Sharia punishments, known as “hudood” (singular “hadd”), that were later adopted and carried out with brutal efficiency by the Taliban in neighboring Afghanistan.

Soldier Khan is not an American hero according to some military personnel who served in his presence. And getting killed while on active duty does not necessarily make the deceased a hero.
That’s why the bastard tried to dump the Constitution on Trump. He only wants to get rid of it.
Trump should simply state that ISLAM is a THEOCRACY (religion + govt) and their “government” is Sharia Law, which is TOTALLY incompatible with human rights as stated in our Constitution!!
So those maggots should NEVER be allowed citizenship (or entry to the US) because they will always say Sharia Law trumps the Constitution. They are enemies of our system of laws & individual rights.
And Trump should read select parts of the Koran to all Americans (such as killing infidels with a sword, etc.) — So they wake up. There are so many ignorant people here.

Yep, I'm guessing the Isis magazine "Don't die an apostate" article is pretty much how the parents felt about their son's sacrifice - until they saw a way for him to become a posthumous political tool.

I've looked for dirt on the late Captain Humayun Khan, but all I can find indicates he was an officer and gentleman and a leader of men and women who died a true American hero, saving many American lives in the process. He has very convincing character witnesses.
As for the father, well, his appearance on that DNC stage is all you need to know.
His preference for Sharia over that Constitution he was waving around at the DNC is proof we shouldn't want him. But, ironically, if we'd filtered him out, Humayun Khan would still be alive, probably somewhere in the Middle East.
If you are going to attack Captain Kahn, you'd better have an iron-clad case.
Because, if you don't, or even if you think you do, you will simply improve HRC's chances in November.
And mama Khan is “still in grief” 12 years later. No doubt she misses her son but if you are still in grief 12 years later, you need serious anti-depression medication and counseling.
