Sure looks like it. Nunes said that his committee is still waiting for the FBI to respond to their letter requesting information (from a week or two ago) and that the NSA is cooperating.
Also, nothing that Nunes has seen has had anything, not a thing to do with Russia (begin around mark 6:35).

The nature of this surveillance is much riskier than it was for the IRS targeting of conservatives. With that order, Obama really never needed to hear back from anybody on status. With DeepStateGate, Obama had to get feedback from time to time on what was discovered. Somebody on his team probably got daily reports.
